Really cool experience. I have several hundred skydives, but always wanted to try out a wind tunnel. Had so much fun I booked a trip at the one in Orlando for my son.

I purchased a flight the night before and we decided to cancel. I've sent an email and phone call, but this place does not seem to return phone calls or answer emails. I'm apparently left with calling my credit card company. I wouldn't have booked with them if I would've known about their horrible customer service.

My bad for not reading how short the flights are. 60 seconds to be exact. You get 2 flights and for an extra $15/each, you can get the instructor to take you higher and spin you around in circles, still all within your 60 second flight. So, in all, I paid over $400. for our family of 5 to have 2- 60 second flights each. I expected to have some freedom of independent movement within my flight, but they tend to keep a hand on you and all you are doing is hovering in one position. I guess that is to be expected as a novice. Everyone enjoyed it, but it was just so brief that I will not be doing again because of the cost/value.

Hey Chris, we totally understand cost being a factor in continuing the sport and we're just glad you and your family had a unique and fun time flying with us! We do offer Return Vouchers at the end of your experience that can save you up to 50%, as well as some Return Flyer pricing that does make it a little cheaper. My wife and I visited this location for our first IFly experience. The customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. The check-in guy offered us media and package upgrades on the house. We had a group of people flying at the same time as us that were not being compliant with masks and the staff addressed them specifically and made it very clear that the group must wear their masks at all times or they couldn’t fly. The group of people had to be told multiple times but they finally complied. Our instructor, Sean, was amazing. He helped us with tips and was very thorough in his training and accommodations. He was always ensuring we were happy and having a good time. When we come back, we hope that it’s with him. Super nice guy! Great experience all the way around.

My 15-year-old son had never done this before and I asked him if he would be interested in trying it. He said yes. We scheduled the adventure online and included the fly high option at the end of his last run. You get there, check-in, and go to training of what will happen on your flight. Then, you come out and get your gear and go to the waiting area just outside the flight tube. One by one, you take turns going into the tube having a minute at a time inside. If you choose (and pay extra-about 15 bucks) you can do the high fly at the end of your last run where they crank up the wind and you fly up to the top of the chamber. My son liked that at the end. When it was done I asked him if he enjoyed it and he said he did, but he's not sure if he would do it again.
EVERYONE at the location was nice, polite, and welcoming. The person at the end did try to sell future trips which I am sure they are required to do so he did his job.
The reason I give this 4-stars is this is a very costly activity and while the fly high option is great, it's somewhat ludicrous to charge 15 bucks for something that should be free at the end of the flight (in my opinion). It is fun, but expensive.

On our summer trip to the Mid Cities we discovered an iFLY in Hurst. Having a great experience at the Houston are iFLY we decided to give it a try. Upon arriving we discovered the Hurst iFLY is one of their smaller facilities. This resulted in an average experience because there is much less room for the flyer to soar. We did the VR experience which is NOT recommended for those that cannot read a book while riding in a car due to motion sickness. We will check out the iFLY facility before we experience another location.

We took our 6y/o son and he had an AMAZING time!! He did the 2 flights + the How to train your dragon VR experience. He still cannot stop talking about flying through the sky as Hiccup. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. We purchased the return packages because of the value they presented. Strongly recommend!

Lots of fun, easy to find and park. Supervisors are friendly. Unfortunately flights are short in duration. An expensive adrenaline filled blast.

iFly is exhilarating! I went with my roommate to celebrate finishing finals. We went early on a weekday and had the place to ourselves. We had so much fun! We bought vouchers to go back again sometime.
It is a very expensive experience for a college student- we started with $150 in gift cards I got at a discounted rate at sams and we spent about $100 more. It is really easy to keep going once you’re in the tunnel and they ask if you want to go again without realizing the bill is adding up. However, once you are a customer you can purchase packages for use in the future at much lower rates and they can even be group deals that you share with people who have not attended. Between the vouchers and discounted gift cards it’s more manageable to go as a special occasion.

I think the rates are the same for all flyers. I'd look into the ages. But you pay for a minimum of two flights per person to start ($54 none prime hours and $69 for prime). There are packages that offer ten flights between 5 flyers and is a bit more cost effective. Hope you have a great time!
