We signed up and paid in advance $178 in advance for two spots on this tour, via this TripAdvisor site. We went to the specific address provided for the tour training/start and there was no one and no Segways there. The address is actually a dirt driveway down to 2 individual homes. We drove around the address repeatedly, looking for Segways in the "gravel area" cited and found no one. Anyone from the area we asked had no clue about where/if there might be Segway tours. After an hour and multiple calls to the phone # provided (apparently no internet service in this remote area), we gave up and took a very nice hike along the seashore in the park instead.
Despite repeated attempts, I have not been able to get anyone from customer service to confirm our reservation, payment, or the fact that the there was no Segway tour at the address provided.
