Saw Sweeney Todd there with my wife. Great location just off 42 nd street.
Really nice theatre, good access to the stage from all seats. Bar at the back of the auditorium, reasonably prices

The prices for Sweeney Todd are disgusting and the comfort,view and sound in Mezzanine when paying $213 a ticket.
The sound especially really is terrible and not a patch on the sound in theatres in the west end of London.

The theater is a traditional Broadway theater, currently running Sweeney Todd. I found the seats to be a bit narrow, and at 6’3” my knees were pressed into the seat in front of me. Skip the bar line upstairs and head downstairs. You’ll find the bathrooms on this lower level and a much shorter bar line. Drinks were rather pricy… the couple in front of me bought 2 doubles and it was $70 before tip.
Stage and lighting were fantastic, and the slope of the orchestra seating made for great stage viewing

Went to see Sweeney Todd on the 19/10. This was an exceptional show! Me and my daughter were blown away. Casting, acting, singing and comedy timing were superb. Cast came to the stage door afterwards to sign playbills. They were all so friendly and the icing on the cake was getting to meet Gaten Materazzo this man is truly talented. Gaten even took the time to take a selfie with my daughter a moment she will always treasure! What a lovely guy, Thanks Gaten!!

When we came to New York we hadn’t pre booked a show, So one of the days we decided to have a little walk around the theatre land to see which did the best price. Sweeney Todd did the best priced ticket and with a good view. But I was happy because I wanted to see Sweeney Todd all along!
All I can say is positive things about the show! I loved it and so did my partner! The lead characters were fantastic! And just to top it off we had no idea Gaten Matarazzo was in it so that was certainly a surprise!
The cast came out of the stage door at the end to do autographs and photos and I thought they were all so polite and friendly!
The theatre was well organised! Staff were very helpful and friendly and the seats were comfortable with a great view!
Would love to come again!

Seeing a Broadway show was long on my bucket list.
"Sweeney Todd" starring Josh Groban was simply a stellar experience.
The theater was an intimate size, making our seats really feel up close to the stage. We could see the facial expressions of the actors quite well.
I was surprised at the small size of the theater, as our performing-arts theater at home (Lincoln, NE) was easily four times the size of the Lunt Fontaine, but again, this made for a great viewing experience.
I highly recommend a Broadway performance to everyone!

Beautiful theater! We saw Sweeney Todd here. Ushers and staff were nice and efficient. Bartenders hustled and we’re ready for the next order. Comfortable seats, easily found bathrooms.

Been in this theater for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Tina The Musical and Sweeney Todd... and it's one of my favorite venues. There is no going wrong when choosing a seat. The current production of Sweeney Todd is a must see!

SWEENEY TODD! Ripoff!
Beware! Nederlander does not disclose that they own Broadway direct, and that when you have a customer service issue, neither entity will help you resolve it, they just send you from one to the other!
We paid, directly through the official theater website, $600.oo for 2 seats in Row C of the Orchestra Section (3rd Row) and we were SCAMMED by the theater. These are VERY LIMITED VIEW SEATS and no WARNING!
We complained to the theater because WE COULDN'T SEE the show! The lower half of the cast on the stage was not visible because the STAGE IS RAISED! $600 wasted! Other audience members complained and some left. We left at intermission, and we were told that they couldn't reseat us elsewhere or furnish us a refund. The stage is so high that people several rows back, at least, in the most expensive section CAN'T SEE anything fully that isn't at the front edge of the stage! THERE IS NO WARNING on ANY page of any Lunt-Fontaine, Sweeney Todd, or Broadway Direct that the front 10 rows are VERY LIMITED VIEW!
Don't be swindled and disappointed for what should be a wonderful night of theater. This was a RIPOFF!
We only get a few opportunities to see a show while in NYC, and we bought these tickets several weeks in advance, so we lost our money, missed seeing the show we wanted to see and lost an evening of our precious time!

It is a decent sized theater with a balcony that is quite high. I saw Sweeney Todd there and the show was great. Make sure to checkout the interior of the theater as well, as the theater itself is worth a look.

Pour les personnes ayant déjà eu la chance de suivre un spectacle dans ce théâtre, pouvez vous me dire si la vue est correcte en milieu de mezzanine (rang G environ) ? Je voulais acheter 2 billets pour la comédie musical Tina Turner, mais vu le prix de la place en Orchestre, je crois que je vais me rabattre sur la mezzanine :)

Did you park at a garage near this theater ? Going to see the show on April 14th. Glad to hear you liked it. I can't find a garage with decent reviews. Thus guess I will take NJ Transit.

Did you drive in into NYC to see this show ? I am going on April 14. can't decide if I want to drive or take NJ Transit. Can't find a parking garage with good reviews.

Hi, I did not drive. Plenty of parking opportunities close by, but I’d take the train and subway. Brings you almost to the door! But may take longer to get home!

They move people in very quickly so five to ten minutes before the show starts should be fine, unless you need to use the woman's bathroom, which will take you forever.
