Lobby is small and shabby. No live band, no surrounding sound. Very dispointed experience. Not worth going at all.

Everyone was super friendly! Donald the doorman directed us to a warm dry beautiful place to wait for the show and laughed at our stories. Three people at the bar tracked down ingredients to make a drink I saw online. All of the ushers and ticket takers were kind and patient. And of course the show was Great!

Um lindo complexo de salas de espetáculo na parte mais central da capital. Programações 7 dias por semana, com shows para todos os gostos e bolsos. Eu assisti a Sinfônica da Filadélfia em um concerto maravilhoso e inesquecível.

This was my first visit to the Kimmel Center to hear the Philadelphia Orchestra. The first two pieces were good, but Tchaikovsky's 4th was terribly conducted. The facility itself is beautiful. Verizon Hall is a great venue for a concert. It is very large and seating is comfortable. I was positively impressed. I'm looking forward to returning.

Attended a concert at Verizon Hall to see the Philadelphia Symphony Orchestra. Beautiful facility with tons of space. Staff members are attentive and friendly.

Saw the musical "Pretty Woman" last week. The play itself was good but the venue is even better. All the staff are so very helpful and seem to anticipate your needs before you even ask. The strict adherence to Covid protocols is very reassuring.

The Kimmel Center is a premiere venue to appreciate the arts in a number of different auditoriums. We happened to enjoy a performance of the Philly Pops in the Verizon hall and found it to be spacious, clean and lovely. The staff was exceptional and the seats were very comfortable. Acoustics were clear no matter where you sat. Highly recommended.

What an amazing theater to be able to see a show. I visited the theater to see Hamilton and the show was phenomenal but the theater experience was even better. We had balcony seats and they were great. The theater is beautiful and the staff was really helpful. The best part of the theater was the space you had between you and the row in front of you and behind. You had plenty of space to get comfortable. The acoustics were perfect.
The only negative thing I would say about the theater was the fact they would not allow you to bring the beverage or snack you purchase at their concessions. It would have been nice to enjoy a drink and snack with the show but the experience was so good that it didn’t even matter. I am so looking forward to the next show already.

Lovely building but no social distancing offered. Must be vaccinated to enter. Must wear mask. Staff efficient and helpful.

Attended a Philadelphia Orchestra concert, superb! acoustics and site lines were good from the second tier. Lobby is very spacious and airy but not particularly attractive.

I’m a speaker series subscriber and haven’t received the link to tonight’s speaker, John Bolton. I’ve been on hold three different times in the past weeks for between 30-45 minutes before hanging up before anyone answered. If you could help me with this I’d appreciate it. Thank you Abby Pete.

It is quite common for afternoon concert goers to arrive early with a bag lunch. You may eat in the common area inside the building where there are tables and chairs, and where food can also be purchased, but no food in the concert halls.

I've read that you can purchase tickets on the day of performance. We are interested in Fiddler at the box office, but cash only. Do you have an idea if that is possible and what we will pay. I see on websites that sell tickets for Kimmel for this performance. There are a lot of parquet seats for sale. Will I be able to purchase tickets at a deep discount?

I would call the box office the day of the show to make sure there are tickets available and have them hold the tickets for you at the will call window. Shows sell out fast and well in advance.
