I have to specifically mention Esneider, our guide on the Queens Global Eats tour, as he exemplified everything we look for in a guide - an expert of the region and the ethnicities of the area, who is responsive and patient, who caters to everyone's wishes, and ensures we get to meet the local people that create such a rich culture.
