We feel ripped off. Six months ago I bought a gold and diamond ring at Montblanc de las Rozas Village boutique in Madrid that cost more than three times its value because it is a prestigious brand, bringing confidence.
Within a month of its use I discover that it has lost a diamond so I take it to that shop in Madrid believing that being under warranty they would give a solution as it was not normal for a totally new ring to lose a diamond.
What was my surprise when some shop assistants, not jewellers because in the store sell jewelry and very expensive there are not, said that the loss of the diamond was due to misuse by a blow that produced a crack in the ring.
A ring that in that period of time was used about 4 or 5 times and certainly was not given any blow let alone one that could split a ring, if it had been so in addition to the ring I imagine I would have broken my finger.
I asked an expert jeweler and a jewelry shop, and both confirmed that a gold ring does not break, in any case bends, because gold is malleable not embrittled or brittle, and that to break it is necessary that the gold material had been contaminated with a metal of another (not gold we go) in SOME PERCENT VERY HIGH, or that when melting the ring had defective areas with pits (small air bubbles of a poor quality manufacture).
By which this means that the kind of gold that montblanc sells is pretty bad, mixed with quite a few other people's metals and defective. That's a very bad gold quality and very poor manufacturing.
Which is why I advise you, if you want a real gold ring, to make it in a jewelry shop or buy it in a trusted jewelry store, and do not trust this brand, for its quality of gold, or its customer service, that all it does is triple its price without giving anything more in return than its name, which after this has no credibility or confidence.

A few months ago I gave a gold and diamond ring bought at the boutique Montblanc de las Rozas Village in Madrid as I believed it was a quality brand.
Within a month of its use the ring dropped a diamond so it was sent to that store of Las Rozas Villaje as it was under warranty and it was not normal for a totally new ring to lose a diamond. However, the shop assistants, who are not jewellers but simple shop assistants because in the store, despite selling jewelry, and very expensive, there is not one, said that the loss of the diamond was due to a blow that produced a crack in the ring.
These inexperienced dependents also manipulated the ring by rotating it to such an extent that a ring that was flat even lost horizontality. Of course, the ring, which was used about 4 or 5 times on special occasions because it is not a ring to wear every day, was not given any blows, let alone one that could break it, if it had been so in addition to the ring the person to whom I gave it had broken his finger.
I have consulted two expert jewelers, these are jewelers and not the ones in that store, and they both say the same thing ; gold does not break, in any case it bends, and if it breaks is that gold is bad and has holes because it is contaminated with other metals (little gold and a lot of other material that expert jewelers call SOUR GOLD) which makes the ring inside has micro holes and splits. Very bad service in sandro store las rozas madrid. The dress was written 70 euros but when I go to pay they tell me it was a mistake and it's for 150 euros. More than the double price.

Not to come back. When Shopping and Questions tell you that they do accept returns, what they do not inform you is that they do not return the money to the payment method but on an MK card. I feel ripped off. Had I known when I asked I would NEVER have made the purchase. It doesn’t seem serious to me in the 21st century that they continue to function as they did a thousand years ago. The customer service also ignores you. I filed a complaint 1 month ago and I still have no answer. Anyway, not to come back. And I will certainly never shop at MK again. I'm fooled once but not twice.

Excellent shopping center where you can enjoy luxury brands and walk. The gastronomic offer is limited but you have next door another Leisure Shopping Centre that complements the catering offer.

I was at Samsonite's boutique in Las Rozas Village and it's the scariest store I've come across to date. After spending €154 on an L-size suitcase, they don’t have any bags to carry it! I didn’t give credit: I explained to those in the store that I also don’t have a car and that I had to take it all over Madrid, because the shop assistants so calm, that they were very sorry but that their covers had run out and they no longer had bags for such large suitcases.
I went to the information point in Las Rozas Village to see if they could help me and show me where to get a bag, and nothing was wasting my time.
Not only did I have to walk with the newly purchased suitcase all over Madrid without protection, but once you get home the bag or case helps the suitcase not collect dust and takes care of its shelter.
A lot of foolishness and foolishness in Las Rozas Village, but even in any Chinese bazaar you get a bag.

We booked this accommodation with a non-refundable rate already paid a month in advance to go to an aerial competition that took place from April 26 to 29 in Las Rozas Madrid. We took the accommodation early since we were going with 4 minors. We made the reservation through booking.com. What is our surprise when they send us an email a week before the event and tell us that the accommodation made a mistake on the dates and cancel our reservation, all this without the accommodation contacting us previously. The option that booking.com gives us is 21 kilometers from the event and on top of that it tells us that the refund takes up to 7 days and they pretend that we pay in advance for the next accommodation that they offer us for a price of 1500 euros and that we send the invoice later Let's see if they pay us. After several calls and wasted time they themselves can't find anything in the area so we have to make a living on our own and rent a car since the closest we found was 11 kilometers away. Now I have sent the claim to booking so that the accommodation compensates us in some way since we did not have heating, we had to be with transportation going and coming to the competition with a group of 2 adults and 4 children.
I hope they take care of hosting something but we are still waiting. I would not trust these hosts who have not even apologized or contacted us. If we do not receive a response, I know where I will go to the consumer office because if I take a paid non-refundable rate that does not accept modifications or cancellations, otherwise I will not get my money back because they do and they do not compensate for the nerves we have gotten. The fear of losing the plane tickets we were traveling from Gran Canria, event registrations.

Cierto, reponen de noche la mercancía suele llegar casi todas las semanas los miércoles/jueves y el viernes está en los estantes. Ahora si, si a mi me ocurrió una cosa en Gucci( donde suelo comprar a menudo) que pedí una gorra que no estaba en los mostradores, aparte de que era la única que habían recibido, me la lleve por preguntar, a veces si buscas algo que no está, pregunta por qué suelen tener muchas más variedades de cosas almacenadas que no muestran :)

Muchas gracias por su comentario. Es un placer informarle que puede visitar Las Rozas Village en cualquier momento en el horario de 10 horas a 21 horas (de domingo a lunes y los sábados de 10 horas a 22 horas). En este municipio no hay restricciones a día de hoy.
