Paola hosted my family and friends at the Fattoria Santo Stefano, and we had a truly incredible experience. The Fattoria and its staff were knowledgable, welcoming, and generous, and the farm was gorgeous. Paola and her daughter coached the five of us through a special menu I selected from her many options - panzanella, tagliatelle with sausage and zucchini, gnocchi with pesto, and tiramisu. All were beautiful, simple, and delicious, and Paola and her daughter were excellent and patient teachers. The kitchen was so nice and eating together in the dining room (the weather was rainy) was really special. Thank you to Paola and the whole team for a wonderful time - grazie mille!

It is for good reason that Chianti Cooking Experience has all 5 star reviews. Everything every other review said is true so I won’t repeat them all but instead highlight a few other things. One of the best points was they have a very large menu from which to choose. They are more than happy to work with you on whatever might be of interest to you. In the end we narrowed the menu down and then let the chef make the final choices based on what were the best ingredients they could get the day of the meal. The food was excellent!! Joshua and Noami came to the villa we were renting did a wonderful job! It was certainly a highlight of the trip. The cost was very reasonable considering they did 4 courses with wine!

Miami &Joseph were amazing. The very best experience ever. This was the perfect way to spend the last day in this beautiful country. The food was delicious and we learned so much. We will definitely be making this delicious food back home!!! Thank you so much!

Abbiamo chiamato Joshua per cucinare pizza nella villa che avevamo affittato. Ha fatto pizze gourmet nel forno a legna buonissime. Esperienza fortemente Consigiata!

Joshua and Jessica were our generous and kind chefs during one of the most memorable evening of our lives! We are family of five with three children ages 20, 18, and 16. The cooking lessons were in depth and so much fun for everyone. They were both excellent with speaking English and helped us with our terrible attempts at Italian! The food was absolutely delicious, better than any restaurant experience we could have had. They came to our very under stocked villa and made a meal fit for royalty. We can’t wait to return to home and try out their recipes. There are no words to express our gratitude for their talent, kindness and humor! Thank you!!

Our family of 12 stayed at a lovely villa in San Casciano, Tuscany. We signed up for the Pasta Making Class/Dinner and the Pizza Dinner. Hiring a private chef is one of the best vacation hacks. Both dinners were incredible experiences.
The Homemade Pasta and Tuscan Cooking Class with Chef Laura, was well organized and she engaged the entire group. Chef Laura brings everything to include wine! She assembled different prep centers. We had a large covered outdoor space so much of the prep happened there. We each received an apron to keep as a souvenir. It was so much fun. Some worked on the pasta, others the meatballs, the Panzanella salad or our favorite dessert, Tiramisu. We laughed, worked on our tasks and drank wine. This experience was approximately five hours. It was well worth the price. As the Tuscan sun was setting over the hills, we sat down to a delicious dinner feeling quite proud of our somewhat wine fueled cooking contributions. Chef Laura and her helper are amazing. Patient and knowledgeable.
A couple of days later we had the Chef prepared Pizza Dinner. Coming home after a busy day in Siena, we were thrilled to be able to relax and enjoy watching the pizza being prepared. Every part of the pizza made from scratch. Chef rolled in a wood fired pizza oven and got it going while we relaxed. We had six different types of pizza with a salad and wine. The pizzas were perfect. Lightly charred on the edges with the freshest ingredients and cheese. All of the materials needed are provided and all one needs to do is sit down and enjoy the incredible meal. Our group of 12 voted the Chianti Cooking private chef dinners, as our favorite experience. Italy offers so much but being able to connect in a personal and authentic way with the food, locals and each other was priceless.

Ottima pizza!!! Consegnata a casa ancora calda, ingredienti genuini di ottima qualità.
Da provare assolutamente quella bianca con asparagi e il Blu di Corzano e Paterno, dal nome già dice tutto “La sfiziosa”!

We hired Chianti Cooking's pizza chef for a birthday celebration at our villa in October 2019. Throughout all of my communication with Elisa she was really helpful. We were 18 people, the food was fantastic, not just the pizza but the salads and side dishes also. Everything was simply yet beautifully presented and made use of local and seasonal produce. The chef and waiters were great fun, putting up with our party! I am only sad that I didn't take any photos but this is because we were having so much fun! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We used them from a recommend from another friend. They were amazing! The directions were clean and concise. (We were able to repeat the recipes at home already without difficulty.) We has 3 menus to choose from but they were open to suggestions if there was something special we wanted to learn. 6 of us did the lesson. The other 6 just wanted to eat our creation. It was one of the best meals we had during our whole stay in Italy. They came to our home. Brought everything they needed and cleaned up completely when done. We felt like royalty in their hands. Really- amazing company. Just say yes and use them!!!
