Glass bottom boat was great little trip. We heard other people moaning but for a good price it was a welcome experience when the weather was a bit mad on 16 Feb 2023. Really friendly staff and the sea lions popping up whilst we waited was cool. To the people who tried to get us to complain because they felt they hadn't seen as many fish as in Australia... are you OK...? We saw plenty including a barracuda. Changing the day was our only issue as we do not believe it was the weather... the Tuesday that week was calm and much better weather than the Thursday... probably low numbers... be honest

Can’t believe this still happens

Very disappointed & sad to see these animals being exploited for peoples pleasure - saying they were born in captivity doesn’t make this any better. People should be teaching their children better not flocking to get that photo of their kids being kissed by a sea lion

This is the second time booking to do the sea lion loss experience- the first time there was a female member of staff who was miserable and a bit rude but we shrugged it off now we are back in caleta de fuste only a few months later and wanted to do the experience again with our son again the same member of staff but this time on a whole different scale- she was un inviting, rude continues to roll her eyes bluntly shout come on and when our son was hesitant to enter she was shouting get him out. The whole experience lasted less than 5 minutes and cost €24 no offer of pictures being taken. If I’m being honest we just wanted it over because of the staff being so rude! What they need to consider is caleta de fuste is a great family resort so a lot of families will be looking for these types of things for their children to experience and if this member of staff continues to treat and make people feel like this then no one will return or choose to book when they notice how rude she was in plain sight for all to see.

Completely ruined our experience and will never return here again.

Belles prestations avec les lions de mer. Expérience unique .
le show du lion de mer face à vous et en groupe. un saut du lion au dessus de vous guidé par les dresseuses, au final le bisou du lion de mer.

Had visited the centre a few times to enquire about the various activities they do. At the desk they advised to book online. We booked the 'UFO' experience and paid online. On arrival for our allocated time we were told by the guys who run the experience that it was too windy that day. Fair enough. They directed us back to the main info desk for a refund as we didn't have any more time to book another date. The person at the desk then claimed she did not know anything about the online bookings. When pushed she gave us an email address to contact for a refund. 3 emails later they have not responded so we are having to get out bank to claim the money back. I'd certainly not book online with this company

Not worth it

I know it’s not an aquarium and you can’t control nature but there is not a lot to see. The boat it very small and cramped. Got very hot. Save your money

Adults don't waste money on Glass Bottom Boat

We went on the pedal boat which was lovely and worth the money. It also has a slide on it so you can slide right into the sea ( which didn't look too deep when watching other families!) The Glass Bottom Boat however I wouldn't recommend if you genuinely want to see underwater life! You are taken about 15 minutes out to see them throw in fish food that brings a few fish close to the boat. We got lucky and saw a stingray and some other fish at the sea bed and that was it. It is probably more enjoyable for young children but bare in mind it is very hot, crammed and not good for claustrophobic people.

Did not recieve what we had paid for!

We had booked the FreeBird Catamaran experience which should have included food, drink, snorkeling and a trip to Lobos Island. We were driven to Lobos Island and told to walk around for an hour. When we returned to the boat, we were served paella and drinks. The whole time we were on the boat we were told not to touch anything and that they would tell us what we could do and when. We were then driven back to the main island and told that it was the end of the trip. We did not get to snorkel or paddleboard like advertised. We have phone the head office and complained to them and the people at Oceanarium Experience and they have basically said that we have lied. We payed €59 per person just for a boat ride and some food. Not happy and feel completely ripped off. Do not go to them for experiences.
