We unexpectantly ended up here based off the recommendation of a local Uber driver and we were not disappointed with the island at all! The ferry is approximately $13-18USD depending which you take. I do not however recommend the flying dolphin, which is what we took. Though the boat is really neat, the exhaust from the diesel fumes fills the cabin which is not ideal and there is no air conditioning - they have you packed into a little submarine like sardines.
The island is very small with not very cars so when we got there we immediately rented a moped to explore (30EU for the day, pretty cheap). We just followed the map (there’s only 3 spots to really explore so it was easy). Starting at the most beautiful and discrete Aponisos beach. Only $6EU per person to enter and this includes the umbrella and chair and access to “water playground”. We loved the beautiful scenic cliff side views and the little cove was great for snorkeling and water sports. They have small bites (burgers, chicken fingers etc) for sale and drinks with service that comes right to your chair. LOVE and would return back in a heartbeat! The food is basic and subpar but the views are unreal.
Next we took the moped to Dragonera beach - different, beautiful but not as nice. The little food truck that was here did not have much more to offer than coffee and alcohol and if you need a bathroom you’re out of luck! However this beach offered flat, picturesque views of sea and was a nice stop to check out.
Finally, SKALA (the main port) offers a few cute boutiques and local authentic eateries. We got homemade gelato here at the end of the day when we returned the moped which was nice.
All in all a really small, cute island with lots of exploring. We came after September 1 and it was not busy at all, but I could see this getting very busy during the summer!

This is absolutely the most beautiful beach I have ever seen and also, for me, the most beautiful on the island.
The sea you can enjoy from this beach is the most crystal clear and pure of all, it looks like a swimming pool.
It is a private beach, and can be reached either by public transport or by your own means, but they will have to be parked before crossing the strip of concrete that connects this island with Agistri.
To enter you pay a ticket at a cost of 6 euros and are provided with two chairs and an umbrella for the whole day; adding 5 euros you can have padded chairs.
Each umbrella is also provided with a button to call a waiter and order from the menu, then the waitress will bring the food to the umbrella.
I strongly Recommendation to bring shoes for the rocks, because it is a stony beach and without shoes you slip (you risk slipping with slippers).
Also, be careful where you enter the water, if you do not use the walkways that have been placed in different places, because there are many sea urchins.

Spectacular beach about 20 minutes by bus from Skala.
The bus costs 2€ each way (you go up through the back doors with the lady who makes the tickets), while there is also a bus tour service (ascent from the front doors) that makes the same route at the price of 4€ each. Keep in mind that the bus is very crowded, especially on weekends, but the service is still efficient.
Sunbeds (with umbrella) in Aponisos cost 6€ each, while for the most beautiful ones you have to add 5€ each. There is also a bar-restaurant service where you just press the button on the umbrella to call the waiters, who will subsequently bring you the order. Prices are fair and in line with those of the island. There is also the toilet.
The cove is simply lovely, with crystal clear water and magnificent colors. Also spectacular is the view from above where there is another bar.
Aponisos is really wonderful, a must if you visit Agistri.

Natural pool in the heart of Agistri.
To get to Aponisos beach we took the bus that leaves from Skala and stops 200 meters from Aponisos at a cost of 2/3€ each way.
Entrance to the beach of 6€ per person with sunbed (basic) and umbrella included.
With 5€ extra of can buy the cot more comfort with mattress.
The small island is arranged on various levels created by the rocks, the sunbeds and umbrellas are scattered in the various terraces and are therefore not suffocating and very large as spaces.
Convenient refreshment service with normal prices, button to order located directly on your umbrella.
Very useful ladder to go down into the sea since the seabed tends to descend immediately.
Spectacular sea one of the most beautiful ever seen, crystal clear water , fish and coral flora visible to the naked eye.

1 ΔΕΝ ΥΠΑΡΧΕΙ ΚΑΜΙΑ πρόβλεψη για άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα. Ακόμα και για να φτάσεις στην υποτιθέμενη ράμπα περνάς από βραχώδες έδαφος. Ούτε από τις σκάλες εννοείται μπορεί να μπει κάποιος που έχει πρόβλημα. Επίσης, δεν υπάρχουν τουαλέτες με εύκολη πρόσβαση φυσικά
2. Πληρώνεις στην είσοδο για το σετ ξαπλώστρες που μπορεί να μην βρεις ποτέ. Βρήκαμε στις 15:30 (που αρχίζει ο κόσμος να φεύγει) και μας ζήτησαν έξτρα χρήματα γιατί ήταν κάπως μπροστά και καλά.
3. Υπάρχουν 2 τουαλέτες για τόσο κόσμο σε πολύ μακρινή απόσταση. Εννοείται ότι δεν κάνουν για άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα.
Το μόνο συν είναι τα παιδιά που δουλεύουν μέσα στον ήλιο και προσπαθούν να εξυπηρετήσουν, αλλά δεν φτάνει αυτό.
Το μέρος θα έπρεπε να λέγεται Μουφόνησος.

Beautiful hyi. Family , private island with entrance fee 6€ each , top organization, you can call ie order by umbrella , chairs with comfortable cushions , beautiful sea, the boys had a great time!

The place is nice, not something fantastic as promoted by social media and news. The worst part of the whole experience is if you have to take the bus. We made the mistake of going without a car and that was the definition of self-humiliation. The "bus" is a mini bus that can accommodate 30 people but loads twice, maybe more. Besides that it's not safe is a shit as we all sweat and touch each other. It's every hour when the routes of the turns are filled to a point where people can't be served. A Kyratsa who works with them shouts "go more in" and if anyone complains (which makes sense because you embrace priestly strangers) sells and cheats and tells you to come down if you don't like it. This trouble is definitely not worth what you'll see. It has been privatized, you enter only by entrance (12€/set of simple sunbeds, 22 the most luxury). I ⁇ 't recommend it unless you have a car and sit in the forest before the entrance where you basically swim in the same waters.

Aponisos is a must if you are in Agistri or nearby Aegina. You can get there from Skala by bus or, better yet, by electric bike.
In this small private island you can find all the colors of the sea: from the turquoise of the natural "pool" near the entrance, to the deep blue near the cliff, to the emerald of small coves.... . Everything is very nice and well maintained; the staff is courteous and excellent bar service that you can do directly thanks to the button placed on each umbrella. The view of the surrounding islands is gorgeous! With 6 euros per person you enter paradise!!

Beautiful private island, cost entrance with sunbed 6 euro, rocky with several terraces equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, there is a tavern and an open-air library with books travelers. The sea is beautiful, present toilet and shower

The space is private with three sides one short or other wave and the third as a swimming pool. Beach a about 4 meters. You get downstairs. It has an entrance of 6€ with simple sunbeds for wood +. Okay, we got in. We asked if he had our free yes. All good reserves. To dive, you have to go down the hill. Never. Last back and hello. Against the pine trees and bunk beds and food and all.

Λάθος. Υπάρχει τηλ για ακριβώς αυτόν τον λόγο. Για κράτηση ξαπλώστρας. Το λέει και πάνω στο εισιτήριο εισόδου.
Και εννοείται δεν βρισκεις να κάτσεις αν πας μετά τις 12
