BEWARE! When you buy tickets online the receipt you receive does not state that the weight limit on luggage is 11 kilos per passenger. My girlfriend and I were 9 kilos overweight and they wanted HK$5100 (about US$660) for excess baggage fees. I said I would just take the ferry and asked for a refund, but they said they would not issue a refund within 24 hours of the flight. Well, if they had told me they would charge me an extra 660 bucks when I got to the heliport I sure would have asked for a refund the day before. And here's the topper: my girlfriend and I were the only travelers on the flight. They charged us for overweight baggage when ten of the twelve passenger seats were empty. I will never use this greedy, deceptive, and unreasonable company again.

千祈唔好幫襯呢間公司，我貪佢地有時有優惠試咗兩次。佢地做事營運手法真係好有問題！第一次book咗6:30機，去到6:15先至話班機要取消，要等起碼一個鐘頭先知下班開唔開（有可能到時唔開）但係我原本係諗住同老婆飛一轉去澳門俾個驚喜佢生日，又book晒餐廳所以唔遲得，結果被迫坐船。雖然佢哋比我再book第二日，但係邊度會成日去澳門？而且surprise都冇哂！之後check trip advisor 見到有評價話佢地好唔reliable先知瀨野。
好啦第二次再特登去rebook一次去多次澳門，今次book 7pm機，响個lounge等到佢6:30又話取消!!! 今次話因為澳門安檢，但係個staff居然可以同我講話7:30一定開到機，我已經覺得有d可疑，我見lounge度得我同老婆，同另外一個男人，總共得3個人，就知道佢要等多d人先至肯飛，結果真係俾我估中，等到7:30多咗9個人，而且居然安檢佢半個鐘內7:30真係開到機，你信唔信？真係好激氣!!!!!!
下次真係免費我都唔會再搭，搭船仲快，仲可靠好多！而且程機亦唔係我想像中咁好玩。寫咁長希望大家唔好中伏。
This company is extremely unprofessional. Their flight operates at every half an hour, shuttle to and from Macau and Hong Kong. But I am now sitting in their lounge because they cancelled my 7pm flight at the last minute. And the reason they cancelled the flight is either because there is no passenger riding from Macau to Hong Kong and they do not want to fly the helicopter to Hong Kong without any passenger, or it is because they do not have enough passenger riding from Hong Kong at 7pm. (There were only me and my wife for the 7pm flight) We are now stuck at the lounge with 5 additional very loud passengers!!! I am not kidding, this company scams you in every possible way. This is the second time I ride with them and I had similar experience the first time as well (cancelled at the last minute) but I gave them the benefit of doubts, but now I have confirmed they are indeed one unprofessional and dishonest company. I am also including a picture I took here while waiting in the lounge painfully so that you know I am not some random person trying to trash this company. I am just really frustrated at how they do business and hope no one else suffer like I do.

Helicopter Hong Kong Macau is a dream to every tourist.
I had a chance to try twice. First time was when they just launched in about 20 years. Very impressive. Good service with special channel to avoid queuing for immigration.
Last week I gave it a try again 2130 flight schedule. 5-10 mins late, also got a lounge but nothing to eat and drink. Food was cold not no choice at all. Extremely disappointed as the fares was almost four times more comparing my first trip.
Seating arrangement was packed not comfortable at all.
Anyway will never ride on it.
You might have a tour arranged by Peninsula hotel

Do not use them. A huge scam. Bought 2 for 1 special. First Flight was cancelled....second had mechanical problems....they refuse to issue a refund. Do not book with this company...waited for 3 hours.

Quick fun trip to Macau. Service is impeccable, lounge comfortable, skip the queues and straight to the fun.

It was my wife's birthday, so something special was required -- a weekend in Macau starting and ending with a helicopter ride between Hong Kong and Macau. The ride is only fifteen minutes versus the 90 minute hydrofoil ride and you are treated to the sight of Hong Kong's waterfront on one side of the chopper and the Kowloon waterfront on the other. Spectacular, but pray for a clear day so you can see everything.
The ride takes guests over or near a number of small islands between Hong Kong and Macau, an interesting and scenic excursion. A nice view of the very long bridge being built between Hong Kong and Macau is also great. The flight leaves from the top of Shun Tak Center in Hong Kong and arrives on top of the Macau Ferry Terminal. The shuttle has a comfortable passenger lounge offering soft drinks and snacks, but passengers typically do not have long to wait. We arrived a bit early and were offered seats an earlier flight.
The helicopter can hold up to 12 passengers, but when we went, there were only two passengers (besides us) going and one (besides us) on the return flight. The shuttle offers some great promotions -- 40% off if you book a round trip, for instance, or a "buy one get one free" if you travel on a Sunday.
While we have taken the hydrofoil to Macau in the past, and have found the hydrofoil comfortable, the helicopter was a huge upgrade (no crowds, no waiting, minimum down time traveling....). The downside is the cost -- one way fare is HK$4,300, so this is not cheap -- first class on the hydrofoil, for comparative purposes, is HK$270...
We would have appreciated a glass of champagne from the Sky Shuttle once we were buckled in with our seat belts. First class should be first class! Serving champagne, of course, would require organising the service....
