Fantastic experience from start to finish! Booked a night stay in the desert over WhatsApp at very short notice and they were happy to accommodate us.
Hamza, our driver was very helpful, friendly, and prompt at picking us up from M'hamid to take us to the desert camp. Providing a great experience over the 2 hour drive to Erg Chegaga.
The campsite in Erg Chegaga was very picturesque and beautifully located within the dunes and perfectly placed for a serene camel ride to the bigger dunes just as the sun started to set.
Back at the camp, the chefs provided a delicious and well presented meal that catered to all our dietary requirements (vegan and allergies) as evening set in. This was followed by a calm time by the campfire lit for us to stargaze.
We then stayed in a very spacious tent made from luxurious satin materials with a large comfortable bed, our own table and chairs, and carpeted flooring.
The following day, a tasty and fulfilling breakfast was served to us after using the hot showers provided at the camp.
Following this, we asked Hamza if we could ride some quad bikes that day, to which he managed to book us a ride in less than an hour!
After an hour of adventurous quad biking on the dunes, Hamza kindly delivered us back to M'hamid so we could continue our venture through the rest of Morroco.

Wonderful experience and absolutely recommended: the journey to M'hamid is longer than Merzouga, but it is absolutely worth it. Do not imagine it as an uncomfortable experience, quite the contrary: the camp has wonderful tents and is equipped with bathrooms with showers (paricolarly spacious) and hot water.
The scenery, the walks on the dunes, the sunset, the sunrise, the dinner and the night sky... one of the most beautiful evenings and nights ever.
They are super organized, speak great English and French and even have drivers who speak Italian in case you need to. In this regard, the off-road transfer from m'hamid to the camp is an experience in the experience, a must try.

Abbas, his brothers as well as the cook, baker and camel makers made our trip unforgettable and unheard of

A Moroccan stay just wonderful thanks to Fayssal and Abbas who pampered us all along the journey.
Mahjoub had planned us a great stay and we were not disappointed.
Night in the desert even with the storm it was just fabulous. Sand dunes as far as the eye can see......we loved it!!!
Thank you to the whole team for the evenings, for baking bread live 😊 and their benevolence.

We had been to me hamid with family 5 years ago, we came back with a group of friends (18). What a pleasure to see Fayssal and Abbas and these beautiful landscapes and dunes, and what a welcome we had!!!! One desire, go back again and again.

Here we are back from our journey of Moroccan Sahara.
It was an absolutely incredible adventure!
We were accompanied by two great people, Abbas and Barack, who know the place as their pocket. They managed to pass on their culture, their values and their love for this beautiful desert.
We lived an authentic journey, with breathtaking sunsets. We admired the landscape from all angles, unforgettable evenings and nights under the stars under a starry sky where we could admire the moon in complete tranquility.
The magnificent landscapes of M'Hamid will remain etched in our memories.
Many thanks to you Abbas and Barack.
Thanks to the camels, thanks to the cooks. Without you, we would never have had this unforgettable experience.

Everything about our trip via 4x4 into the desert with an overnight stay in the camp, plus a bonus camel ride into dunes at sunrise, was brilliant. We were able to book at very short notice, and all the arrangements went well. We were especially lucky to have Hasmay (apologies for not being able to spell his name) as our guide/driver. He was so knowledgeable about the deserts and the plants we saw, and was an excellent driver through some rugged terrain. The whole team at the camp were lovely and looked after us well.

Bonjour,
Cette famille de 4 personnes veulont passé leur séjour au Maroc grantuit!! c'est bien dommage.
Notre prix 560 Euro ( ce n'est pas 582 euro comme elle a écris, 22 Euro le frais de virement ce n'est pas inclus de le prix, Elle a demandée si nous pouvons déduire les 22 euro du montant qu'il reste à payer et nous avons pas accepté parce que le prix que nous avons demandé pour cette excursion est un prix trés raisonnable .) pour 4 personne pandent le saison de "Nouvel An" est un prix trés trés raisonnable
Voila le programme que nous avons proposé:
1 janvier: Rendez-vous à Mhamid. Puis départ dans l'après–midi (14h30), puis départ en 4x4 par une piste sablonneuse pour les grandes dunes d'Erg Chigaga, qui se trouvent à 60km de Mhamid (é heures de piste), les plus grandes dunes dans le désert du Maroc. Assister au coucher du soleil sur les dunes. Dîner et nuit au bivouac au cœur des dunes, sous tente ou à la belle étoile.
2 janvier: aprés le petit dejeuner dans notre bivouac d'Erg Chegaga, partir à dos des dromadaires pour une journée, déjeuner en plein désert et dans l'aprés midi retour à dos des dromadaires à notre bivouac d'Erg Chegaga. Dinner et nuit au bivouac.
3 janvier: Aprés le petit dejeuner au bivouac retour à Mhamid en 4×4 ( vous serez à Mhamid vers 10h30 de matin).

En plus le chauffeur ( Abbas le fondateur de Mhamid Voyages) il a était au poind de départ avant de leur arrivé.
La Voiture est une 4x4 Toyota climatisé et confortable, ( ce n'est pas Taxi comme elle a dis), et nous avons bloqué le 4x4 deux jours pour eux parce que ils on parti le 1 janvier et ils ont retourné le 3 janvier.
Le Bivouac, est un bivouac confortable, ils avaient deux tentes. Il y a des lits, couvertures, draps, coussins, electricité dans la tente. Douches avec l"eau chaud, toilettes et sanitaires.
Le dinner; (entré, plat et dessert) et un bon petit déjeuner (thé, café, lait, pain, 3 confitures, jus, omlettes bérbere, frommages et plus..)
Et tous les avis sur notre lien TripAdvisor sont des avis vrai, de nos clients, ils ont fait leur voyage avec notre agence.
ILS VEULONT TOUS AVEC 20 EURO PAR PERSONNE, C'EST IMPOSSSIBLE; CHAQUE CHOSE ET CHAQUE SERVICE A UN PRIX!

. Vous vous etes bien gardé de nous dire que vous étiez fondateur de "Mhamid Voyage" quand je vous ai dit que nous n'étions pas satisfaits. Mais je vous ai payé le complément car vous m'avez indiqué que vous étiez intermédiaire…
Oui chaque service à un prix. Vous raisonnez avec des tarifs Français car le désert fait rêver les Français et pour ce rêve vous vous prenez une sacré marge. Vous profitez de la méconnaissance des gens et peut être des tarifs pratiqués sur la zone Ci dessous le 'vrai' prix de ces services :
> . Transport en 4x4 privé avec chauffeur => à plusieurs reprises nous avons reservé des taxis entiers tres confortable pour nous transporter (avec des velos en plus) => tarif pour 150 km et 3 heures transport = 70 euros. Ici il y a 1h30 de transport et 60 km fois deux (A/R). La voiture n'était pas immobilisée car vous etes retourné avec sur Mamhid le deuxieme jour (non???). Donc 70 euros mais on peut arrondir à 100 euros car il s'agissait de piste.
> 2 nuits au bivouac d'Erg Chegaga (> 2 petits déjeuners, 2 diners et 1 déjeuner.) = 2 nuits demi pension => "Bivouac confortable en tente". NON nuit en batiment en brique joliment aménagé avec tapis et devantures. Mais lit non confortable (mon mari a prefere dormir parterre sur un matelas decathlon), les portes ne se fermées ni de l'intérieur, ni de l'extérieur… Les douches sont bien chaudes mais sont dans des sanitMais l'hébergement est globalement très sympathiques et le personnel aussi. Les repas du soir étaient tres bien et correspondaient à ce que nous avions eu par ailleurs dans des hotels et les petits déjeuners aussi. Hotel d'un niveau un peu supérieur ou nous n'avons jamais payé plus de 20 euros par personnes (hors Marrakech). Pour des conforts de chambres bien supérieur. Donc 2 jours de demi pension pour 4 = 160 euros. On peut arrondir à 200 euros.
> Journée en dromadaires (4 dromadaires) => là je reconnais que je ne maitrise pas bien le prix. Salaire journalier du chamelier grand max à 30 euros par jour
Plateau repas du midi pour nous 4 et le chamelier, grand max 4 euros le plateau repas =20 euros.
Donc 100 +160+30+20 = 310 euros. je doute que la "location" de 4 chameaux une journée coute 260 euros…. (surtout que la journée où nous avons fait du chameau il n'y avait quasi plus de touristes et qu'ils auraient sans doute chômé.
Si on devait recommencer nous irions directement à Mhamid trouver un 4X4 pour nous amener à l'hébergement (qui mérite le détour mais au juste prix), nous négocierions sur place le 'bivouac' (il y en a d'autres a proximié) et idem pour les dromadaires
