I see you put some extras from yourselve to the story.
First of all, nobody called you thief, we called you, as in our system your booking was refunded completely for all 3 persons.
Secondly, nobody was shouting and cursing on you. Yes, we were upset to know that the person we refunded has showed up to the trip, because day before when deadline of cancelling the booking finished, you called us and requested a refund. The policy states that you are not allowed to get refund, but we wanted to help you and we still refunded your booking.
Thirdly we are not hungry for money, we just doing our job here. We are not charity organization to let everybody on the boat for free, we all have families to feed.
Lastly, I also have your message saying that you don't mind paying for the trip, that mistakes happens and that you totally understand the situation.
I'm surprised to find this comment here, but I see now what kind of person you are. It will be the lesson for us as well, to never refund the bookings after the deadline.
