For the 2019 season do you have to buy a parking pass to access the singing sands beach and to park !?!
Check with the visitors centre. Tried to search on the web but couldn't find out. We just paid to park for the time we were there, pay at the machine. Just walked into the beach area, no charge, but water level is high currently I believe.
Hi there, what's the fee to park? Is there parking at the beach separate from parking at the main bruce provincial park lot? We just want to visit the beach and not pay the $11 parking fee for the main provinvial park/grotto area. Brad
Singing Sands has just reopened with major upgrades. I am sure that you are supposed to have the parking pass that is good at all locations including singing sands. go to the parks Canada website and search for singing sands. Thereis an update on all the changes. It is now finished and open, including the new parking lot across the road. Would send link but TA does not allow me to.
Hi Are we allowed to bbq (propane) at the singing sands area ? Thx
Hi Aya, You can BBQ at Singing Sands. We ask that you stay within the beach area and don't go beyond the trail head. Please ensure you clean up after your BBQ and if using coals, dispose of your coals in the coal receptacles provided on site. Thanks.
Are you allowed to bbq?
Hi Theresa, You are allowed to BBQ at Singing Sands however we ask that you use the charcoal BBQ disposal receptacles on site to properly dispose of your charcoal after use. Disposing of charcoal improperly creates a fire hazard and a mess for other visitors. We also ask all visitors to only use BBQ's where charcoal disposal units are installed and not bring BBQ's beyond the trail heads to the coastal areas. Thanks.
