Our honorable company has been in operation since 1981 never "scamming" one single customer! We processed your order in the normal manner, and then advised you, in good time, that your activity could not operate due to unsafe weather conditions - your safety being our priority! Our communication to you was severely hindered by bad weather outage of all electrical and digital means - supported with a GOVERNMENTAL WARNING, to all mobile telephones in our area, causing a severe power cut over two days! Hence causing a back log of unanswered communication, as August is the height of our summer season, we are inundated with orders. Please note your REFUND has been processed and suggest you check your bank account! We now await your apology!
