Is it basically an obstacle course with a specific sequence or is it more like a gym with mini activities all around?
Are there zip lines? How many/how long?
How appropriate for a group of guys in 40’s as part of a retreat?
There is no specific sequence, and there are no ziplines. If you go to their website and watch some of the videos, that will give you a good idea of what to expect. The obstacles have varying degrees of difficulty. As long as you are in decent shape, you will have a great time.
Your age group will have a great time! Yes, an obstacle course. Unlike others I’ve been on, you do not have to go in an order, you can pick and choose. It’s definitely a unique experience! I’m a 47yo woman and I had a blast! I was there about 2 hours. If they have zip lines it is not close to the tower nor included in the price. Hope this helps.
I went (and I’m 55). If you’re 40ish group is in decent shape, it’s fun and a good workout. Figure 1-2 hours, with breaks. Unique experience!
It’s an obstacle course on 4 levels. Each level higher gets more difficult. Lower levels for kids/ novices, the 4th level for experts. You clip on with electronically activated clips, attempt to walk across the suspended obstacles, and make your way to the next platform.
