The most amazing, beautiful place we have ever stayed.
The process of checking in and checking out went so smoothly. The receptionist was lovely and friendly.
The rooms are out of this world and the cleanliness is 5*. The private pool was fantastic and my little boy thoroughly enjoyed it. The infinity pool is also unbelievable and we loved it.
The apartment had everything you need and more.
The views are breathtaking and the outside area is huge!
We had the best time here and we can’t wait to be back.

Looks good and has an amazing view but scratch below the surface and you will see the drains smell terribly, there is building work happening right next door on a new block of apartments with building work 9-5 week days and to top it all off there was a leak on our roof from the pool above that got worse over the 3 days with the ceiling starting to crack and bits dropping down with constant dripping and I had to put bowls down to catch the leak that went on constantly. This is meant to be a 5 star establishment and when notifying the manager they told me they already knew about it and they were not interested in our welfare, they did not apologise and were more worried about rolling up and storing their nice rug so it did not get damaged or the fact we had spent 3 days with a bad leak and the ceiling crumbling just that they were going to fix it as they had other people arriving today. Don’t waste your money with bad management who treat their customers appallingly and just talk over you when your trying to explain your experience, stay somewhere that cares about their guests

Please do not book or cancel your up-coming stay at Crystal I Luxury Apartments in Los Gigantes!!
There is ongoing construction work happening RIGHT next to the apartments. They're using a massive demolition hammer to break the mountain from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, making it completely impossible to stay inside the apartment or on the terrace during those hours and days.
The non-stop hammering noise from the construction, coupled with the constant vibrations, creates an environment that is anything but relaxing. It felt like a constant assault on our senses, and your heart rate is constantly elevated, making it impossible to spend time in the apartment.
What's more frustrating is the lack of communication from the apartment owners. They have been aware of the construction for around two weeks but didn't bother informing us prior to our arrival. When we arrived, they even lied, claiming they only found out about the construction two days prior, despite other guests informing us that it has been going on for about two weeks. Additionally, the construction work is done by the same owner as the Crystal I apartments, so we highly doubt that they were unaware of the upcoming construction work.
To make matters worse, the owners are unwilling to provide any refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused.
I strongly recommend and urge you against booking any of the Crystal I Luxury Apartments. If you've already made reservations, please cancel your booking. As mentioned, the construction will take place for about two years. The lack of respect for the guests and the misinformation we received have left us with a horrible experience, and I hope others can avoid having their vacation ruined by the unbearable noise.

Warning this company is a huge SCAM. I have never seen such a disgraceful treatment of customers who paid 6k upfront for a luxury apartment. Unfortunately we booked directly through this SCAM company. From the beginning my experience was horrible. Their customer and consierge service is horrible and not helpful. Worst of all one person in our group couldn’t check in because others didn’t arrive on time due to force major circumstances. I let them know in advance but they took my money and disappeared, never gave me a time of day to respond or find a solution. They are so disgraceful , I have no other words. My friend ended up in the street because of them. They can easily take your money and disappear. Do not book this scam. Happy to answer any questions and give details of my horrible experience

First class stay in los gigantes. Enjoy The most stunning view and beautiful sunsets . A Brand new , clean , sunny Paradise with private pool. Spacious rooms with gorgeous ensuite bathrooms . We stayed in Tenerife several times But this place exceeds every expectation. Several Supermarkets and restaurants at walking distance .
