We are all so upset and most concerned to hear of the frustrations you encountered with our Premiums Experience and the numerous attempts you made in order to receive the service one would expect of a 5 star establishment - this is totally unacceptable on our part and please accept our most sincere apologies. We would like to assure you that these incidents certainly do not reflect our usual high service standards, for which we are known for. Our absolute mission is to deliver high-quality service and customer care to each and every guest, starting from your arrival until your departure and this is regularly affirmed and complimented by our many reviewers on this website. Nevertheless, we want you to be assured that your feedback is very important to us as it highlights areas in which we can improve the service we offer to our guests. We will of course, carefully discuss the various issues that you mentioned with the team and we will ensure that our usual high level of service and standards are maintained at all times and there should be no exceptions to this rule. Et 3 stjerners hotel, forkledd og priset som et 5 stjerners. I verdens dyreste land Norge koster samme hotell halvparten av prisen! Vi bodde her i 3 dager og hadde Premium Suite, med tilgang til egen club hvor det var mulig å spise å drikke i fred fra de andre gjestene.

While we appreciate each guest is different with individual preferences, we consistently strive to provide a relaxing and comfortable experience to all our guests, so naturally we are genuinely concerned that your overall experience was not as you had hoped for on this occasion. We would like to apologise for not meeting you expectations regarding the facilities and food, which we will for sure find why and investigate the reason of this failure. On this opportunity we inform you that Savoy Saccharum was built on the same site where once a honey-production factory and a sugar cane mill existed. Hence the concept of our design hotel revolves around the sugar cane and honey production and its architecture and interior design proudly pays homage to this cultural heritage. In allusion to this concept, the interior of the hotel as well as the guest rooms are decorated in honey-coloured hues and dry green tones, harmoniously balanced with the wooden finishes, creating the ultimate comfort to a minimalist and refined interior design. Our bathrooms - toilet have a door, however the shower is open, part of our unique design concept, which is not for every guests taste. We will be happy to provide you the options available to make your next visit more comfortable. Or even offer a different hotel of the group that matches more your taste and wishes. We all truly hope to have another opportunity to prove to you the standards we pride ourselves on and to enjoy the true "Savoy Saccharum" experience. Rest assure that all the related situations will we transmitted to every department involved in offer to provide solutions and improve our offer in every way. Bodde her i to netter. Hotellet er lett å finne langs veien. Hotellet er litt upersonlig og mørkt, men det har en moderne stil. Det finns flere basseng og solsenger pluss en liten strand i nærheten. God frokost og god kvalitet på maten i restauranten! Rommet er fantastisk med
