Wr stayed in Horse Shoe Cottage, which was very comfortable and extremely close to Glemham Hall, where were attending the Folk East festival in 2018. It was one of 5 cottages in a former stable block of Sink Farm, in a lovely setting, with a huge duck pond, a games room with pool table, table tennis and a dartboard. Our cottage was perfect for our purposes, if a little shabby, by next year they will have to redecorate at least, otherwise they will lose custom. It was far from perfect but not an issue for all but the most demanding.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Ore Valley Cottages on Sink Farm and had a really great time. The cottages are very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen area. Beds are very comfortable and the cottage we stayed in was exceptionally spacious for our family of four (children 18 months and 3 yrs). We stayed in the Hayloft and would definitely return there again. There is a boating lake with a rowing boat you can take out, a climbing frame with slide and swings for the kids as well as a few ride on tractors. There's also a games room with table tennis, pool and darts and other facilities include a laundry room with 2 washing machines and tumble drier as well as BBQ area. Unfortunately the weather wasn't so kind to us during our holiday and with little ones it's always good to know there are some nearby indoor activities. We took them to the soft play area at Wyevale garden centre near Woodbridge which was busy on a rainy day, but served its purpose for our two! We didn't make it to Easton farm park but will try that out another time. We visited Southwold beach on one of the dry days and also went boating on Thorpeness Meare. We went for fish and chips in Aldeburgh but were rather put out to be turned away from the Galleon because we had a small child. They don't cater for under 3's so beware of that if you have little ones! We instead had our lunch at the Regatta which was lovely and I would definitely recommend!

Stayed in The Punch with friends over a weekend. Beautifully decorated and furnished with well equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bath and shower rooms. The upside down nature of the property is great with super views to the 'boating lake' and courtyard. Although we didn't use the other facilities, everything had been considered thoughtfully ... laundry room, barbq, kids outdoor play equipment and a games room including table tennis.

Stayed at Ore valley for the weekend whilst celebrating our daughters' birthday. Very comfy with all amenities available. The local pub (The Lion) serves traditional pub food that is very reasonable on price not at all pretentious, and is a walkable distance. Plenty to see and do in the area. We will certainly come back again without hesitation.

My husband and i took our two daughters, three years and ten months, here for a week and stayed it The Punch, a gorgeous three bed cottage in a converted barn. What can i say but the place was perfect. The gardens just beautiful and they owners had thought of everything we might need for a stay. We were greeted on arrival by the lovely lady owner with a warm welcome which was lovely. The cottage had three bedrooms with extremely big comfortable beds, plenty of bedding, pillows, towels. The place was immaculately clean which was wonderful given our baby was going to be crawling around. The seats in the lounge were comfortable which seems to be a rare find in self catering properties. When we arrived there was bread, milk, tea, coffee and biscuits in the kitchen. Lots of plates, cutlery, all the kitchen utensils i needed including sharp knives and a cafetiere! There was stair gate, cot with bedding and highchair thoughtfully provided also which is a massive help when holidaying with children. All the little bits had been thought of like soap and cleaning products, a torch, an umbrella, everything was there. There was a barbecue area outside near our little patio, a laundry room with washer, drier, iron etc, a swing and slide and ride on tractor toys, plus a games room with table tennis and pool tables, chess, board games and lawn games. Honestly cannot speak highly enough of this place, don't hesitate to book, you won't be disappointed!
