Ved å booke dette hotellet ønsket vi oss 5 dager med avslapning, spa, godmat og sol. Vi fikk sol. Restauranten i hotellet er vurdert i egen trippadvisor anmeldelse. Kort fortalt en skam for italias kjøkken. Og opplevelsen blir bare trist med for travle servitører. Spa

Our guest’s opinion is very important for us to enhance ourselves everyday and to deliver a memorable hotel experience. We are deeply sorry to read that your stay with us was not as expected given that the satisfaction of our guests is our primary objective. The Rome Marriott Park Hotel, representing an important venue for events, is located in a residential area, very close to Fiumicino airport and far from the chaos of the city center. An ideal choice for those who want to visit the city using our shuttle services or the bus 128, without renouncing to relax. We do apologize if some services and the timing have not lived up to your expectations. One of our priorities is to make our guests' stay pleasant and day by day we are committed to achieving this goal. We regret that we provided you with bad service and a poor customer experience; it is the exact opposite of what we pride ourselves on. Given that we value our customers and understand how important it is to offer exceptional service, all the employees, front office and food and beverage department as well, are well trained in order to meet guest’s needs. In response to the concerns you raised regarding the quality of our food, we would like to assure you that everything is monitored by our personnel in charge that takes seriously into account its job and that everyday is glad to provide a good Italian food experience to our guests. Stort upersonlig konferansehotell. Hvis du ikke skal på kjempestor konferanse, så styr unna. Personalet yter null service. Varmmat ble servert kald og med brannalarm til bakgrunnsmusikk. Baggasjen vår skulle leveres på rommet, men etter 2 timer måtte vi ned å hente den selv.

Var her nylig på en stor kongress. God plass til 1500 deltagere. Fint, proft, velfungerende. Alt er rett og bra men samtidig veldig upersonlig og kjedelig. Helt grei mat med tanke på mengdene som blir produsert. Hotellet ligger greit i forhold til flyplass men veldig langt unna

Førsteinnstrykket når du kommer inn på dette hotellet er at du har ankommet en jernbanestasjonshall. Veldig ukoselig. Lang tid ved innskjekking. Rommet var meget pent, men vær obs på at du må betale 12 - 15 euro for wifi per døgn. Burde vært en selvfølge at slikt var inkludert
