Dear guest, we are astonished about your review but we don’t spend so much words to answer because we yet answered to your previous review also on Booking.com and also because your contradictions are so clear (for example: “breakfast is okay”….and then “they don’t replace consumed items at breakfast”). It's also funny that you invite people to see the other reviews of the guests because most are positive and people are very satisfy from theier stay in Tre Merli Beach Hotel. For us the care about the customer is the most important thing and the most reviews of the other guests give us reason because they are very satisfy about the service and the availability of our staff. The accusation you have made us is very serious, saying that we want extra money from customers by taking advantage of some misunderstandings and we can’t accept it. The drinks and snacks from the minibar are just an extra service and a guest can choose to use it or not. Since an extra service is a bad thing? We repeat again, all the prices are clearly specify on the list on the desk in each room. Accidently, knowing that the snacks aren’t free, in your second stay, you eaten nothing. We want also point up that it’s absolutely untrue that if you speak Italian you have another treatment; for us all the guests are the same. In your reviews there are a lots of things that aren't true for example you did'nt wait 15 minutes to get some milk at breakfast, Sat Tv is working in all the rooms with lots of channel in English, German, Franch and Spanish, in the shower the hot water is working, and the shower gel is always available. The last thing that we can’t understand is the reason why you returned in our hotel after about one week from the previous holiday. Maybe we think that it's a fun for you return here and then to leave bad reviews.

Dear customer, thank you for your excellent review and it really makes us glad that your stay was fantastic and that you enjoyed our stay. We really appreciate that the management of the hotel has been appreciated and that you have realized that the conditions we are trying to enforce are just to ensure a pleasant vacation for all our guests. We were sorry for the misunderstanding at breakfast, our employee certainly did not want to be bothered, you will definitely be misunderstood; for technical issues it is not possible to move tables that are glassy to break or to do damage, but the tables are spaced apart from really a few inches so it's like sitting on the same table while sitting at two separate tables. We would definitely like to reward you as our guests for another holiday this time in our Junior Suite Vista Sea.

Dear guest, we are sorry that you have a bad experience in our hotel but we want to explain exactly what happened. During the night (your first night) the air condition for each room not worked well, we are sorry for this but sometimes a damage can happen. The important thing is that the next early morning we called the Service, they arrived immediatly to repair the problem. In few hours everthing was resolved and the air condition restarted. When you arrived in the afternoon we explained you that you have 24°- 25° degrees in the room, is not so good but 7°- 8° degrees less than outside (32°- 33°), we asked you to have patience that in the evening the temperature in all the rooms will go down. You describe not a real facts, 80° degree is impossible, like a oven! We repeat that everithing was resolved in effect for your second night there were no problems, you could sleep quietly also all the others guests. But you not write this on the review...we think to give all our attention and help for all guests and this situation was resolved immediatly and in the best of ways. Fortunately all the other guest that stayed in the same nights are happy and they have not complained about any problem.

Vakker beliggenhet rett ved havet. Veldig, veldig bra restaurant med nydelig fot og utsikt. Design og interiør av hotellet og restauranten er førsteklasses. Rene og moderne rom skjønt små. Bad moderne og hyggelig.
