Dont be misled by the OK'ish pictures on the website. This hotel is far from being OK. The rooms are too small. When I stayed (unfortunately twice) both times the AC was not working. Although there was a wall mounted fan, its face was tilted AWAY from the bed and it was not possible to turn it toward the bed. The wifi was nil, zero, shunya. Hot water? whats that? Once they suggested me to go to other room for my shower and return back to my room if I really wanted a hot shower. Service - what can I say here? I was made to pay for the water bottle in the middle of night upon my arrival, in Cash. No cards Sir. Only thing positive is the decent food. The lady at the restaurant put a lot of efforts to make the dish likened by my tastebuds. Full marks to her efforts though. I may not go back to Areba again in its present state.…
In February me and my girlfriend stayed at areba hotel in Entebbe . The areba hotel is a really nice place , we found the staff to be very friendly and the rooms were clean , a real relaxing atmosphere around the bar area and the well maintained gardens , I will be certain to stay there again . I have enjoyed staying in this Hotel time and again for the last 3 years and i seem not to just want to leave. The staff are very friendly, Professional, The food is great and of great variety, The break fast is overly generous for its price included in the room rate. The Bar is well stocked. Susan is exceptionally nice staff. I enjoyed sitting in the gardens listening to birds chapping. Easily accessible from the airport it took us only 10mns .
Clean rooms and nice view plus they make delicious Indian food. Staff very kind and helpful and also not forgetting Mr. James the manager of Areba Hotel was very friendly and kind, i really enjoyed my staff in Uganda i had the time.
