Når jeg sjekket inn, luktet rommet sterkt av insektmiddel. Av grunner ukjente, de ansatte jeg spurte om dette hevdet at det var på grunn av såpe de bruker rengjøring badene og gulvene. Dette ga ingen mening. Jeg sjekket noen rom og tok en som hadde minst lukt, men fortsatt

Greetings Mr. Parker Walker, We are very glad to hear from you. Thank you for your advice on our quality and service, we will try our best to rectify the faults and improve. I am Justin, the new assistant manager of the hotel. Unfortunately, those 2 staffs ("Dennis the Menace" and "Inappropriately rude night shift receptionist Ben") you mentioned had no longer working for us. I'm here not trying to explain the reasons of those unpleasant scenarios in the hotel, but to tell you about our improvements. 1) We are a budget hotel, thus our room size had fixed to the size of approximately 10 sq ft. per room. 2) We do provide 4 TV Channels - National Geographic, Celestial Movies (Chinese), Fox Movies (English), 8tv (Local) 3) We disabled the keypad on our safety lockers because the device had a repetitive 'beep' sound when we turn it on. Since too many previous guests had been complaining about the sound it makes, we decided to turn it off and let it function manually. In another words, using the keys. 4) Maybe the time you checked in was our peak season, normally we won't assign a long-stay guest on ground floor because of the noises people might make while they are coming in and out daily. I'm surprise that you weren't bother by it, we are feeling thankful for your understanding on this matter. 5) I have to bid my sincere apology for the rude attitude of our prior assigned night shift receptionist. I do not have any experience of working with him because he had encountered ischemic stroke not long after I started working here, but I do have a lot of comments and complaints regarding to his inappropriate manners and attitude when I was replying the reviews. He had no longer working with us anymore. 6) Our credit card machine is working totally fine now! Well, minor delay or error might occur sometimes...but it never break down ever since I started working here. Anyway, it is still not recommendable for our guests to use credit card upon payment because all the prices charged are subjected to add on another 3.5% as the transaction fees of the bank for credit card payments. 7) Everyone deserves a second chance I guess, and we do learn from mistakes. If you are willing to visit us again, I can tell u a hidden spot for a food court with choices of vegan stalls just within walking distance. :) 8) The major issue, mosquitoes. Well, the theme of our hotel is actually retro tropical. It is kind of hard to avoid mosquitoes because we filled our hotel with tropical plants. Things had change lately because we had lessen the amount of rooting plants in water. Besides that, we use perfume now instead of insecticide. Lately there's no complaints about mosquitoes, nor pungent insecticide odour anymore. Anyway, thank you for choosing us and telling us about your experience with us. Innsjekking var lett. Rommet var ganske nakent - noen malerier eller farger ville forbedre den uten ende. Sengen var skjegg. Internett var fort, men de ga meg bare et passord for en enhet - reiser ikke de fleste i dag med mer enn en internettaktivert enhet? Ingen frokost tilbys.

Greetings Xanucia, Thank you for your review. We apologise for not asking you how many devices do you have upon check in, but you can always request for more passwords from the reception counter. We are improving to serve the guests better, thus you can always tell us problem with the noises at night/request for room changing because of the noises. If you do visit again, do request for a quiet room. We are really sorry for the noises made by our night shift staff. Jeg liker i området, det er hjemmekoselig og rolig. Rommet var romslig nok for meg (vel, jeg bestilte dobbeltseng) . Sengen var behagelig. Badet var også bra. Ligger i downtown KL. Vennlige og hjelpsomme ansatte - frokosten også bra, svigerdatter Aunty Randi Kahumoku alltid

Hotel Paloma Inn has two 6 bed dormitory/hostel rooms with bunk beds, listed as "Basic 6 Bed Mixed Dorm"\. The price for private rooms which have private bathrooms is currently about $21 to $33 USD pre-tax, listed as e.g. "Standard Single Private/Sleeps 1 - Ensuite" and "Standard Twin Private Sleeps 2 - Ensuite". If it says "Private", it also has a private bathroom. The dorm rooms have shared bathrooms. I would email the Hotel if you are still not sure of the answer.
