Pull into the guest lot across from the office door, check in, they will give you a key card to your room, then park your vehicle to a parking spot closest to your room. All doors open to the parking lot like a traditional motel. The ice machine will be located on the west end of the south building that is connected to the office. They have a good continental breakfast bar in the office, a computer with a printer, a pool and jacuzzi. There is a coffee maker in each room with a refrigerator. Ralph's grocery store is just down the street on Emerson and Atlantic for your usual cuisine, Shun Fat will be right across the street which has Asian cuisine. The nearest Walmart will be on Walnut Grove Boulevard. You get to it by going south on Atlantic, turn left on Garvey, and go straight east to Walnut Grove Boulevard, turn right on Walnut Grove and it will be just past the Southern California Edison building on your right just across the street from the Wittier Narrows Golf Course. There are two gas stations on Garfield and Hellman, an ARCO and a 76 UniCal just next to the San Bernardino (I 10) freeway. You will be around 10 minutes from downtown Los Angeles and the Golden State Freeway (I 5), the Hollywood Freeway (US 101), the Harbor Freeway (I 110), and further west on the I 10 the Santa Monica Freeway, the San Diego Freeway (I 405).
