Veldig koselig lite hotell. Vi følte oss velkommen fra vi kom inn døren. Fantastisk flinke og hjelpsomme folk i resepsjonen. Godt med restauranter i gangavstand. Koselig lite bassengområde med solsenger og håndklær...
Dette er et helt greit hotell med helt Ok plassering i Aventura. Rett ved det store Aventura Mall og ganske nære Hallandale Beach og Sunny Isle Beach. Frokostsalen til hotellet er i minste laget. Da vi bestilte...

So my husband and I and our dog stayed here to visit a friend. And although it wasn’t the worst place we’ve stayed, for the price it wasn’t a deal... The front desk staff was absolutely amazing I’ll start there. The room had a smell of urine in the bathroom especially, and the whole entire first floor smelled like weed! We stayed there Friday night and Saturday night and only had cable/WiFi for probably three hours of our stay. If the hotel staff would’ve given us some more of a discount for this I probably wouldn’t have mentioned it but they did not. It is in a good proximity to Pembroke Pines that has lots of shops and restaurants that are great.... and I’m not too sure about the area but I feel like with a dog there could be better places to stay.

I stayed here while working in the area. It's a new hotel and in very nice area. The staff was, in general, friendly and helpful. The cleaning people were nice. The grounds were kept clean as were the halls. There are a couple of points that people should know. First, rates are normally cheaper but to get extra services such as room cleaning cost an extra fee. I did my own cleaning to keep expenses minimal. Wifi has two speeds; free which was not bad, faster speed which cost like $15 a month is better. I would recommend this hotel at this time, maybe not in a year or two.

After transferring from another extended stay facility, this is like the Ritz!. Yes it is basic and simple. Housekeeping every 2 weeks so you have to go down and exchange your towels and make your own bed but nice size rooms, the design makes it easy to stay clean (no nooks and crannies for nasty). This facility is pretty new so the bathtub still sparkles! No pots and pans but you can buy them downstairs. It has a gym and a nice view of the lake.

Our stay was a little all over the place. The price was good but that’s about it. The check in process was way too long. The beds are very uncomfortable and do not look like queens. When we arrived to our room, our phone rang and we were randomly asked if we wanted a cot or paper towels. Strange thing to ask.. we said yes to paper towels and never received them. So what was that about? The housekeepers are extremely loud and we were woke up by their yelling in the hall way. Whoever was in the room above us (we were in 202) sounded like they were throwing the dresser on the ground. We got a 12pm check out and still had a man come to our room at 11 and asked us why we haven’t checked out. We were not asked how our stay was at check out and the manager was present so I did not tell them. I work as management in hotels and I always ask how the guest stay was. This property needs a lot of work and better management. …
