If you want to spend a little time getting in touch with nature while being surrounded by pure craftsmanship and beauty, this is the place for you! The owner Earl has gone to great length to build a beautiful establishment. The manager of the Eda Ranch, Vickie, is a genuine soul that does what she can to provide a top-notch experience for her guests. Quietly sit and ponder life next to one of two crystal-clear ponds or take a walk through the grounds that winds you through the woods. Both the lodge and individual cabins are beyond immaculate. Yes, you still have access to cable and wifi, but while you are there, you won't want to.
This is our third time visiting EDA ranch .. we were on a road trip with 2 other couples..the first two times we were in the main building in a beautiful room, king bed with fireplace gorgeous views of the pond and forested hills.. this time we booked the secluded honeymoon cabin.. new comfiest round king bed and my husband lit us wood burning fire in the fireplace.. We arrived and were welcomed by Vicki -part owner and a very friendly spunky gal, who also does the horseback riding tours that we may have to come back for! But I have to say that the best part of visiting EDA ranch is ALWAYS in the morning having coffee in the tower with Earl!!! He built this amazing place and to sit and listen to his stories is always a treat!! (Earl you really need to write a book!!! ) We love visiting, and are always made to feel more like long time friends than customers!!! Denise & Frank…
Un endroit charmant en pleine nature. Magnifique demeure au pied d'un lac, très belles chambres spacieuses, très bien équipées, bonne literie, très propre, calme. Accueil chaleureux. À recommander. Déconnection totale.
I'm so glad we found this place! This out of the way ranch is beautiful and secluded. A wonderful private getaway spot. The owners, Earl and Vickie, were very accommodating. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the suite with mountain views. The building is brand new and everything was clean and very rustic modern. It's a bargain for the price, especially considering it's not too far from Whitefish/Kalispell and their super expensive vacation hotel monopoly. I highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone, families, couples, etc. I just wish we could've stayed there longer so we could've enjoyed the property more!
