The accommodations were clean. Bed was comfortable. Perfect location for our family visiting Santa’s Village. Fantastic owners! My family and I met Ruby and Brian the next morning when checking out. Our SUV wouldn’t start. The battery was dead. Brian was quick to the rescue! He went out of his way to get jumper cables and beat AAA to get us back up and running. Meanwhile, Ruby was so pleasant to talk to, kind, and gracious. She more than compensated us for an unfortunate, chirping smoke alarm part of the night. She did not hesitate to take care of us in anyway. Amazing people. Would love to visit again!
The hotel is under new management, the rooms are very clean and being updated. Everyone here is very friendly and will go out of there way to make sure your stay is a great one. When visiting Lancaster make sure you stay here you won't stay anywhere else after you stay here.
Our weekend trip was all about santa's village both days. We had great fun on saturday and sunday morning had a rear end collision right in front of the motel. Fortunately everyone are fine. The management had been so helpful that they made our trip more beautiful than what we would have expected. Since it was a sunday there were no car rentals open and no cabs available to goto santas village. Robin from the management offered to drop us and pick us up without even asking. The kids were so happy and she was so patient with them. We were allowed to stay an extra night for free as we couldn't get out of town and they offered us couple of DD gift cards. I couldn't thank them enough for what they have done and to make our trip exceptional. Management: Guys if you are reading this I must say I can never forget whatever you have done for us and I am very greatful for your kindness. Now coming to what a cute little town and prime location the motel is on. Everything is 5-10 mins walk. They have a cute little brewery called copper pig, delicious bakery called princess polish bakery and the pizza place right next to it is real good. We went to the theater on sunday night which was really fun. I recommend you go watch a movie while you are there. Its an old school theater serving good food and alcohol :) Finally I would recommend this place 1000% times as they treat you like family and do everything they can to keep you happy. Cute motel with basic amenities and awesome management. THANKYOU!!!!…
Room wreaked of smoke bends where worn out. Shower only has a hand held set at waist level. Completely out dated and over priced for a dive motor management should have said it was a smoke pit when it was booked
We drove to NH on a Saturday with no itinerary or hotel booked. Spent the day at Santa’s village and decided to look for a place after 6pm... EVERYTHING WAS SOLD OUT. We took that left out of Santa’s village and kept driving until we came across the motor inn. Jackie at the front desk (sorry if your name is spelled wrong) had ONE room left. We took it. The rooms were clean, the towels were soft, the walls were brick and pretty well sound proof. The parking lot was full of motorcycles and atvs (a competition was happening locally). I slept like a baby. The carpet, tv, and entertainment center were aged but in working/clean condition. Perfect for what I’d expect from a “motor inn” of any sort. The WiFi worked well which was a must for me due to the literal “no service” on my cell phone! We were walking distance from several food options, a playground, and the town swimming pool had our stay been longer than the one night. We decided to venture out and found a covered bridge and damn area 5 minutes away. Saw the most beautiful sunset. Breakfast was a nice layout of described foods, well tended to and the coffee was fresh! The staff made this less than 24hr experience a delightful start to our trip. Jackie at the front desk, and even the woman who came to clean our room as we checked out and packed up the car. She asked about a painted rock she thought my daughter left behind but really it was a local to us rock we brought on vacation to spread joy. She listened intently as my four year old explained this to her and promised the rock would travel on! We will definitely be back to this unexpected delight!…
