“Emergency maintenance” closed after 8pm. Stranded outside for the night with only an email sent from their call center. Left on the street with no alternative accommodation or emergency locksmiths available. Appalling for Easter weekend and not a care in the world on their part.

I’m the unfortunate neighbour to a Flexi-Let property in Farnborough and have been for a miserable 3 years! Therefore I think I pretty well placed to provide a review of the company and properties! Have endured hen weekends, racist abuse, threats and drug taking and dealing, police attendances and more. Have repeatedly attempted to speak with the people staying but they don’t care, they’re only visiting for a few nights before going home to their actual home. Disturbances through the night to 3 or 4 AM isn’t uncommon! Flexi-Lets don’t care, as long as the money is coming in. We’ve asked them to ensure our children and us aren’t disturbed late at night but nothing is done, if it was a reputable hotel, the guest would be asked to leave immediately, but not Flexi-Lets!! It’s all about the money!!! We are at our wits end after nearly 3 years so have turned to social media to highlight this money grabbing company!! There are some excellent apartment companies and hotels in and around Farnborough. Please avoid this one! Thank you

At last minute I rented an apartment in Farnborough, I booked it with Dan at Flexi lets. He was absolutely fantastic and guided me through the whole experience. The apartment was stunning, on two floors and with an early check in and a late check out, exactly as described, with free parking. This is definitely something I will recommended to friends and family. Personally I found booking direct with Flexilets the easiest option and the customer service was first class. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Dan and the Flexi lets team for a very enjoyable stay.

In a nutshell, we booked a 2 night stay in Woking... for a charity event. Booking went well... said we would arrive Saturday evening. Called to say we would be arriving in 45 mins as requested on their website... Lady answer - ok, fine go to reception she said. We arrived... couldnt see 'reception' asked about, nobody knew Flexi-Lets. Seemed to be a housing block... ok fine... but where was the reception? Found a closed office... emergency number to call on window. Called the number, a different bemused lady, didnt have a clue how to handle the situation of no keys to collect. She was in a panic... but to no avail... I had 2 adults and 2 <7year old girls in the car. We needed a room for the night, since we was 300miles from home. Booked into Premier Inn... Complained... complained... passed to him, passed to her... eventually an email was responded to... reckons it was in his junk mail! No sympathy... nobody willing to accept responsibility... After writing a 4 page report of events, including car tracking evidence... screenshots of their website, telephone call evidence... they eventually accepted their error but only to offer 50% return... cost me in the end over £600 for 2 nights... they offered me £150... SHOCKING. I will continue to write bad reviews about flexi-lets since i was treated with some much dishonour and no respect... date was July 2016

We arrived on a Saturday early Feb, we booked the apartment for one night as we were attending a family party. There were four of us and we had a two bedroom apartment. No problems checking in. We immediately went out for the afternoon, returning at 6ish for a cup of tea before getting ready for our party. Then came the issue. NO HOT WATER. We tried to get the shower to work and become hot but to no avail. It was a freezing cold night and I mean freezing. We were absolutely mortified. I rang the out of hours number to report the issue but a taxi was coming for us in 45 minutes or so so nothing could be done. We went out to the party, none of us feeling fresh and to a certain degree it spoiled our evening. Same problem in the morning no hot water so no showers for any of us. I immediately wrote in to complain, they investigated and found that there was a fault with the boiler. I asked for a refund. The reply was 'if you had notified us earlier we could of changed your apartment and resolved this issue' , this implied it was out fault we hadn't known about the hot water issue sooner! Aren't these type of things stringently checked beforehand??? How's it our fault and should we be checking the hot water works as soon as we are arriving? They ended up giving a 50% refund which wasn't good enough seeing as a basic need such as hot water could not even be met! Disgusting customer service. I arrange a lot of these things as loads of our family and friends live around the Frimley/Farnborough and Camberley areas. We have a family wedding in October and our party of 18 have been booked into the local Premier Inn, We had been looking at Flexilets beforehand. I wouldn't consider flexi lets again and we could of thrown so much business their way, the accommodation is nice and clean and in a good location.....shame in 2017 customer service and keeping customers happy are so far down the list of priorities.
