Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, as a tripadvisor hotel of excellence we depend on this to keep improving ourselves. We're glad that you enjoyed the location of the hotel and that you took the short walk down into the village - we are blessed with some very good amenities within a short distance. It's a shame you decided not to try our restaurant in the hotel; next time you stay ask one of the team about our meal deal vouchers which offer huge savings and great value. With regards to the confusion at check in - when bookings come through a third party agent, they are not charged until arrival; so you will only have been charged once. I Also apologise you didn't feel we were as warm as we could've been on your arrival. Our breakfast prices are £14.95 per person, however we do offer the price you mentioned as a discount upon check in - if you visit our website direct, you can get the best rates and most include breakfast. Its brilliant to hear that in general you enjoyed the room and the facilieties we offer within them, and that you made use of our gym also - this is a huge bonus for us. Hopefully we can welcome you back again in the future and show you how well we usually do things. Thanks Again,

Vi bodde her i 1 natt i juli. Hotellet ligger like ved M1 nær Crick landsby og er omgitt av et hageanlegg med rikelig med gratis parkering.

Hotellrommene er plassert bak til resepsjonen/konferanserom tilgjengelig via en intern "bridge". Rommene ligger i et to-etasjers blokk men

Hi There, Thank you for leaving us your feedback. Getting to the heart of our guest's feelings after their stays has helped us to become a tripadvisor hotel of excellence so we always appreciate this! I'm glad that you liked the hotel and the grounds that we have, we believe they are a very high standard and are brilliant to relax in on nice days. It's also great to hear you found your room to be spacious and clean - our housekeepers will be pleased. We do actually have a lift within the hotel to take guest's across to the bedroom block, and all of our accessible rooms are located on the ground floor which we find to be perfectly adequate. We also have a duty manager on call at all times should guests need any assistance with the single set of stairs upto the first floor. Hopefully you did not have any disruptions during your stay. The Holiday inn breakfast offering has won many awards since it was introduced so it's great to hear that you enjoyed it, it's a shame you didnt experience our dinner menu also - but i'm glad you were able to visit some of the fantastic local ameneties that we have. Hopefully we shall be able to welcome you back again in the future. Thanks again for taking the time to give us your feedback.

Har bodd her et par ganger som for en konferanse. Rommene er veldig bra, maten er god og bar-området er behagelig. Personalet var uten unntak vennlige, høflige, høflige og kundefokusert.
De eneste to negative var at selv om bassengområdet var hyggelige, flisene trengte en virkeli

Hello, and thankyou for taking the time to leave us your feedback! As a trip advisor hotel of excellence, we love to know what our guests really think about their stays. All of our staff try their upmost to ensure everyone has a brilliant stay here with us, so to hear your comments shows that they are truly being appreciated. It's also brilliant to hear that when you've had food with us you've always found it excellent - we will let our chefs know what you think and I'm sure this will spur them on to keep it up. All IHG properties do in fact have free WIFI, for all IHG rewards club members, this is advertised at reception and in the bedrooms. Ask us next time you visit and we'll talk you through it. The rewards club has some amazing benefits and it really is worth getting involved in. My apologies that you didn't find our health club upto standard, these points will be followed up with the management team to ensure it doesn't affect any other guests in the future. As someone who uses our conference facilities, we hope to see you again in the future.

Vi hadde en overnatting booket på rom 43 som var et rom for funksjonshemmede. Første reaksjon ved ankomst var rikelig med plass, rent og ryddig. Det første problemet vi møtte var toalettet vil ikke spyle som vi rapporterte til resepsjonen på rundt 4.00PM. vi vet at vedlikehold de

Have you been caught by capita parking eye a this hotel
Signage on our driveway, surrounding the car park at frequent intervals and within the hotel advises of the procedure to secure free car parking. Resident guests are requested to enter their vehicle registration details at Reception on check-in, as are conference delegates and Leisure Club members. Visitors to the hotel need to take their receipt for food/beverage purchase to our Reception desk prior to departure to enter their vehicle details. It is a quick and easy process to secure free parking. Vehicle drivers who choose not to patronise our hotel but require car parking may do so for a £10.00 daily charge.
