This would be one of the poorest managed Hotels I have seen. Why this is poor: 1. This is not a hotel, but it's a Dharamshala. By Dharamshala it does mean Dharamshala only. The only name changed to INN. 2. There are 2 parts of this Dharamshala, one is NON AC and other is AC. I entered in NON AC and after waiting for 10 mins, a gentleman showed up and mentioned you need to go to the other part of the hotel. Just to confirm if that is the one in front, and the guy had such a attitude that he even didnt care to respond to it. 3. The AC part doesn't say anywhere of its reception, ground floor is parking, you keep wondering and than take the lift to first floor and you find reception. 4. Rooms are small and very small, just a place where you come in and lie down on the bed. all the bedsheets and pillows had strains, when asked, one person responded in the worst of the ways, that it is cemical used to clean the sheet. and if you want it can be replaced but again the others will have same strains. 5. Blanket given were torn, when complained, they wanted us to adjust in the same, and was told, hotel is fully packed and hence its difficult. However, later the replaced it. 6. The best part, they can bring the food to room, but after you order, they will go to reception, on a paper write a bill and will ask for money. I told them that generally it is settled at the end, than the same guy responded, you have to pay at that time then why don't you pay it now. So we ordered tea, and used to pay Rs. 40 (for 2 cups) in change. 7. Overall hotel is dirty, and every here and there you can see pan strains. construction is going on and hence you can see cement and broken walls. A big warning, you might be going for any reason, please avoid this hotel.…

They served the hospitality with a class and you won't believe at a very affordable price.. The SVC Inn has well cleaned and maintained ambience with a well coordinated staff.. amazing rooms with all facilities..

L' hotel è in costruzione ma il 1°piano è operativo. Camere ampie e pulite per lo standard indiano. Non c'è Wifi purtroppo ma la sistemazione è più che decorosa. Non hanno la ristorazione ma possono farti avere in camera il cibo ordinato. Comodo per la stazione ferroviaria raggiungibile a piedi.
