The staff altered my receipt and changed the trip to add $5.00 more to it. I put down 50% tip for 50% of the work and they added $5.00 to what I put down for a tip. I have requested a copy of the actual receipt from the credit card company. My credit card company did not like what happened and did a 100% charge back for the entire bill since this place FRAUDULENTLY submitted the wrong amount.

Tom, this is a formal request to stop your allegations of fraud. Our server hit the wrong number on the computer, or mistook your 2 for a 7. These mistakes occur in all businesses and are immediately corrected when said business is notified. You did not do that and immediately accused the restaurant of fraud. We have the receipt and immediately ascertained that there was no alteration of numbers. Our lawyer cofirmed that no fraud was committed.
