On behalf of all of us here at the Elysium Resort & Spa, I would like to warmly thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent stay in our hotel. We are glad to read that you enjoyed our hotel’s prominent beach-front location and the food served in our restaurants. We are happy to know that the “fantastic” service of our restaurant staff contributed positively to your experience at the Elysium.
However, I felt particularly concerned about the cleaning and maintenance omissions in your room, described in your review, as we are making a systematic and continuous effort to offer service quality of the highest standards. Allow me to assure you that thorough inspection of each guestroom prior to guests’ arrival constitutes an integral part of our procedures. Though our maintenance team was quick and sufficient in fixing the balcony door within 1 hour after the malfunction was referred to the Reception, I fully understand the disruption these incidents inflicted on you. Please, be informed that corrective instructions and procedures have already been re-issued to our Head Housekeeper to assure that such incidents will be eradicated.
