We remember perfectly your visit despite being full the restaurant, and we would like to make several clarifications for you and all who could read us.
In La Crispeta we do NOT charge 2 euros for paying with a card. Nor any amount of money. Although the payment was handled by the boss and we are sure that it was not, we can all make mistakes. All you had to do is tell us or bring us the corresponding invoice and we will pay you those 2 euros. We will also apologize because at a time of maximum affluence we can all get confused, although it would be the first time something like this happens to us.
Second, as you well know, the chicken sandwiches you ordered were served to you at the moment, even we first put them with ham. It was a confusion with the note at that time of maximum affluence, for which we apologized several times and corrected immediately. With your permission, Kospia, it seems a bit unfair that you rate our service so badly for this detail and do not mention that we fixed it at the moment.
Finally, you say that there was a time when the toilet paper was finished in the service. Indeed, it happens on some occasion but it is immediately replaced, as we did, and again it seems to us that it would have been appropriate for you to have commented all the details about this.
We also want to say that our hamburger, for children, is served without bread or artificial dressings. It is homemade, crafted daily with top quality meat, and we would have liked to be able to discuss with you what it was that you were asking for. We see in your profile that you like places with classic burgers but our style is not that. Ours its healthy food made daily.
In conclusion, dear Kospia, and with your permission, we have earned an excellent reputation in our service throughout the history of our restaurant. We are sad about your review and seems a bit unfair that you give us such a bad rating for a couple of details that were corrected at the time. You can see it in the hundreds of comments on this and other websites.
