We are very sorry to hear that your recent stay with us did not meet your expectations.
Dir Sir,we would like to inform you that all guests are equally treated and respected by the Hotel . Our official Category by the Greek Law is 5* and we hold a reputation to Corfu island and Greek Tourism for the last 45 years, we have guests who are repeaters for many many years.
On the other hand we have noted all your comments, as one of our core values is to listen every guest separately and we always advice guests to contact us while on premises ,in order to resolve any issue may rise.
Kindly accept our sincere apologies for not giving you the high standard of hospitality which is the general norm of our hotel.
Kindly note though ,that regarding Hotel’s renovation ,Corfu Holiday Palace Hotel is under rotating renovation plan. We are renovating partly section by section on yearly basis and many rooms and areas have been already fully refurbished ,as far as this particular section is concerned,the shower area beside the swimming pool, is undergoing a complete renovation during tis winter.
Once again ,we are deeply sorry by the fact that you left feeling differently.
