Whilst I’m pleased to see that you appreciated the convenient location of the hotel and found our team to be helpful and accommodating, I’m sorry to see that other aspects of your stay did not live up to expectations.
I do apologise that the cleanliness of your room was not up to our usual standards and that you found a discarded item of food in your room. Having checked our Incident Logs for the dates that you stayed with us, I’m afraid that I have been unable to locate any record of this issue being reported to us. We do have a dedicated Guest Services team on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we encourage all of our guests to highlight any problems or concerns to us at the time so that we can resolve them immediately.
In regard to the item of lost property, I can confirm that we do have your blouse in our possession. We have sent you two separate emails (on the 9th January and 16th January respectively) to inform you of this and are waiting for confirmation of the address you would like us to post the item to.
