With regards to the family room you and your family were offered, we have different room’s categories and none of them has 3 separate beds. Our rooms with either 2 double beds or a king sized bed + sofa bed work very well for families of up to 4 people. We also have interconnecting rooms for families that prefer to book 2 separate rooms. Please accept our apologies for not being able to meet your bed requirements.
Regarding in-room internet, we are pleased to let you know that since January this year we are offering complimentary in-room Wi-Fi to all members of our Marriott Rewards loyalty programme who book directly with us (more details on our website). Non-members are welcome to sign up for free with our reception team to enjoy this benefit instantly. We are sorry that this was not available during your stay last year, but hope that you will be able to enjoy this offering in the future. All guests who book an Executive, King Leisure room or Suite also enjoy free in-room internet, otherwise prices start from £10 per day for up to 6 devices.
