Ciao Linda,
Wow- thank you very much for your wonderful feedback! We can only return the compliment. We were pleased to have you with us. And we're glad you enjoyed your meal. As you may have noticed, all our dishes are freshly prepared á la mamma in our open kitchen. So our guests see first hand what passionate Italian cooking is like. We are keen to give our guests good value for their money. We not only make everyone welcome; Everyone should have enough to eat as well. In the tradition of a typical Italian Osteria, we serve proper satisfying portions.
We're also very thankful that you enjoyed our service as well :)
The vibrant atmosphere which is typical of our restaurants is partly a result of the limited space. Why is that? The very first L'Osteria was opened
in the Pirckheimerstrasse in Nuremberg in 1999. It was small and so tightly packed that, when the restaurant was full, the waiters had to ask guests to pass pizzas and drinks to the neighbouring tables. The great thing was that this in itself somehow generated the homely and vibrant atmosphere of a typical Italian Osteria. It is exactly this atmosphere or feeling that we still try to
recreate in each and every one of our restaurants today.
I'll transmit your lovely feedback to the manager and the whole team.
Best Regards
Naomé
