Jeg var ikke imponert over den tynne og store enkelt porsjons pizza’n de serverte med høy musikk. Har smakt bedre. Helt greit når en er sulten og ikke bryr seg om annet enn å bli mett.

was not to your liking. As you surely know, all our meals are freshly prepared ҄á la mamma҄ in our
open kitchen. So our guests see first hand what passionate Italian cooking is like. We can assure
you that the quality and freshness of our products is very important to us, so they are carefully
selected.
The vibrant atmosphere which is typical of our restaurants inevitably results in a certain noise level
– we know that. How could it be otherwise, when a lot of guests share a table whilst eating their
pizzas and pasta and get into conversation? We do agree with you, though: The music should be
pleasant and not annoying.

Super god italiensk pizza, laget av tynn bunn! Utrolig store pizzaer, så mye mat :) Vi var der på kveldstid og hadde vært innom tidligere på dagen for å booke bord. Noe som var lurt da det var veldig fult der når vi kom. Veldig høy musikk og mye folk gjorde at det var mye støy. Så ikke stedet for å sitte lenge å kose seg med mat og skravling.

The vibrant atmosphere which is typical of our restaurants is partly a result of the limited space. Why is that? The very first L'Osteria was opened
in the Pirckheimerstrasse in Nuremberg in 1999. It was small and so tightly packed that, when the restaurant was full, the waiters had to ask guests to pass pizzas and drinks to the neighbouring tables. The great thing was that this in itself somehow generated the homely and vibrant atmosphere of a typical Italian Osteria. It is exactly this atmosphere or feeling that we still try to
recreate in each and every one of our restaurants today.

Fantastisk god pizza. Tynn bunn og pizzaene var gigantiske. Mye folk en lørdag kveld men gikk fint å få et bord uten å ha reservert på forhånd.

It was great to have you with us and we're glad that you were so impressed about the food. And yes, our dishes are prepared with love. We're glad that you could taste that. We are very often fully booked, especially at busy times, but we try to meet every request for a table nevertheless but it's always good to have a reservation or to have some drinks at the bar ;)
