We take your feedback very seriously in order to constantly improve our service and increase our guests' satisfaction with our hotel. It is nice to read that you enjoyed our substantial breakfast buffet, for which we offer a wide selection of more than 100 products, of which 30 percent are organic. Aiming to satisfy all our guests, our breakfast also includes regional and handmade food, as well as products for guests with special needs, such as allergies. However, we are sorry if we could not convince you of our service regarding our selection of food during lunch. Unfortunately, your review does not indicate why exactly you were not satisfied with the lunch options. Therefore, we would have liked to learn more about your points of criticism in order to improve ourselves in the future, which is only possible by receiving feedback from our guests. Regarding our service at the bar, we are very sorry if the waiting times have caused any inconveniences for you. I will share your feedback with the respective team and run action on it.
