We would like to let you know that we are giving an excelent service to our costumers.
We do respect them and we are polite and professional. But when people does not behave properly in our restaurant we have to act in consequence.
When you group of 10 arrived to our restaurant, we were full, and you insisted to the waiter that you have made a reservation by mail.
The fact is that we did not receive it, we have checked all our mails, and it was not there, that's why he could not find you in the list.
As some members of the group began to shout at him, and being unpolite, he had no choice but to make his point, and invite you to leave, we had even one member of the group invading our working area screaming to the owner and to our staff.
We do not tolerate unrespectful behaivour in our restaurant, that is why we have to act in that manner.
Sorry if there was an unvoluntary mistake on your booking, but mistakes do happen sometimes.
