I am delighted that you have shared your review with us and pleased that overall you enjoyed your stay with us However I am sorry to read that you had a negative point on our Beds that are standard - I suggest you in the future instead of writing a negative review, It was enough to ask the housekeeper for a softer mattress, available in the hotel.The problem would be solved immediately
