True, our location is not on the Main Street, but we work with what we have and do our best to tell you where we are. On the positive side, this location allows us to have a quieter environment than in the busy street of Santa Maria, complemented by our large dining room.

Vi spiste grillet laks og codfish, det siste var det beste. Laksen var tørr, og ble servert som skivet. Grønnsakene var overkokt. Codfishen var helt på det jevne.

Unfortunately, your evaluation does not seem to fall within this scope, judging by the way it generalizes, revealing an intention somehow defamatory and incomplete.
We believe that even if there has been a failure in the service at any given time, or even a dish that does not meet expectations, this does not justify this type of unpleasant considerations and that call into question the seriousness of dozens of professionals.
We cannot fail to point out that at the time we took the liberty of offering you new vegtables and correcting our mistake, in which your response was that it was just as well.
Regarding salmon and the codfish, we can assure you that both had the same weight that we use as reference for serving our dishes, 300grs in the case of the salmon. Sometimes in these cases, foods may be thinner in their thickness, but become longer in their size.
We will question our staff and take the necessary steps so that what you have mentioned will not be repeated. However, we must point out that if you had alerted us to what happened at the time and place and gave us the opportunity to do right, you certainly would not have left NoitEscura with this perception, since we do everything in our power to provide a memorable experience to all our customers.
