Thank you for your feedback. As you know due to an error in our old reservation system, your reservation got cancelled. We are truly sorry about it and apologise for your inconvenience.That is why we recently have changed the reservation system to avoid any problems in the future.
Since we only had 1 available room, we offered 3 different solutions to try to resolve the issue. We provided your transportation to a new 4 star hotel, which we have found for you in 5 minutes walking distance. Moreover, you have received refund and an upgrade at both hotels (from economy to premium room) and a discount on your stay.
But once again thank you for your feedback and I am sorry if you feel like we could have done more for you.
