I would like to look back at your situation and say that we did everything we could to help you with your lost item.
At no point did we refuse your contact and an extensive search was made to find what you claimed was lost in your room at Villa Copenhagen.
After we asked you for any evidence to show us that you own it, you didn't even have a single photo that would show us that you are actually the owner or any receipt that would confirm the above.
Instead you went to google and sent us a picture of some random item and claimed it was the item that you want back.
Our hotel manager contacted you several times, but you did not want cooperation or our help at that moment.
I hope that if there was something lost that you found it, because I really don't know what other reason there would be for the actions you took after we tried to help you.
