The location is absolutely superb, with Strøget, restaurants, shops, Tivoli and Hovedbangården just around the corner. The staff were amazingly service minded, with help, smile and friendliness. The breakfast had a great selection and was very good. The room we had was quiet, nice temperature and was nice and clean. The only thing we were not happy with was the door to the bathroom. There was a sliding door in glass, which was a lot of noise when we moved it, and it was not possible to close the door completely again. There was a 4 - 5 cm opening to the room, which we didn't think was okay. Otherwise we had a great stay and will definitely return to Scandic Palace

In regards to the glass door space, we are actively looking at a solution for this as we see the inconveniance it can cause.The reason for the gap is however a safety matter as it is a glass door, so a temporary fix is unfortunately not possible.
