Further to your comment regarding our location, I wish to apologize for the
inconveniences. Let me kindly explain that the city center is only 10 minutes away by subway. However,I'm sorry if this wasn't communicated properly.
Regarding breakfast, I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the omelette. Please rest assured that I have personally evaluated these incidents with the respective team members and department heads as such occurrences do not reflect the high service quality I expect from my team and wish to provide our guests.
