Bad mood ?? Everything wrong..
When you see people with bad mood coming in your place, you have to understand that later nothing will be ok...That was also this time.
A) Mrs. Katerina ordered a table for 12, than for 10, than they arrived in 9 persons...
B) I asked menú in advance because we have very little kitchen. First she give me only a part of the guest request, than we decided to put on the table 2 mix of cheeses and slides of prosciutto and 4 portions of garlic bruschetta.The agreement was to order at the moment the main courses. They where not happy for that, they like to order only the difference not understanding that for us was not possible to realize if the food pre-ordered was the one of the people coming or not...(bad faces)
C) the tables where 2: one with 5 people and one with 4. They where separated only with mt 1.20, but on the same line...The distance was for 2 reasons: one, the security local rules for Coronavirus, two, because that was the only way to access at the kitchens for ours servitorens... No alternatives.
For 3 times and in very rude way, Mrs. Katerina told me that she had to be alerted to this solution...For 3 times I answered that was the only chance to have a big table in our place.(we only have 24 seats..). More...can you imagine me giving the map of the seats for every reservation??
D) She was not satisfied and, without ask me, she pushed 6 very nice and accomodant customers to change the table with part of of their...
They “accepted” and what was the result? To have another table behind the shoulders of the main, anyway at 1 mt or more of distance...
E) The bred was not old but crispy, because was cutted 1 h before her arrival...The chef have put it in the owen to make it crunchy, but it was not enough to obtain her approval...
F) Pasta not “al dente” ? Obviously when is home made can’t be al dente...Never...
G) Anyway all the people (except that lady and one more..) was very satisfied about the food, the quality and the quantity...
H) They also left nok 128 of tips for the service...and why, if the service was no good??
This revue seems kind of “low profile revenge” for personal frustrations that have nothing to do with reality of our little trattoria.
