We, at Bergtatt, are disappointed to know you had this experience with us. We always aim to provide the best possible service and make sure our guests receive the best possible experience. We are therefore very surprised with the way you decided to review us.
You express service was lamentable from start to finish, to which I, myself, know was not the case. It is important to point out you were disrespectful with my staff and made other guests feel extremely uncomfortable with the way you chose to communicate. After I approached you, I made sure to provide you with a complimentary dessert, coffee and made sure you had the chance to choose any dish from our menu for free. However, you were adamant to any attempts to make you feel welcomed and cared for.
You express your colleagues & yourself were unsatisfied with the food, however when I personally asked them they were very pleased with their meals. It is lamentable you decided to write a review that portrays 10% of what developed that night.
You should be unbiased & truthful when writing a review. Reviews like the one you wrote can easily portray a restaurant in a light that isn’t necessarily true. You are always welcome to write a review & express your experience, & we will do our best to adapt to your reviews and make us better everyday. It was therefore important for us to point out this review was biased & lacking truth.
