thanks for your feedback. this is actually what we want to know in order to make Italo more and more customer friendly. we had a problem on that evening in lack of personnel and we tried to pay the same attention to all our customers. sometimes we fail, humans :-)
we are proud of our food, gelato and coffee. High quality, typical regional receipts, in your case, for example, we use the real carbonara ingredient (guanciale) and this is strange you did not taste it, however..."de gustibus non est disputandum".
for what concern the attention we have in hygiene, we follow the guidelines by sanitizing all tables and chairs before new customers have a sit. we also have dispenser in 4 different areas. finally we sanitize all our menu and this is why they are plasticized, not really fancy I know but more easy to clean.
