Hi! We are extremely disappointed that you did not have a good experience dining with us yesterday. We always strive to provide good food and good service, and pride ourselves on our happy guests.
The restaurant manager checked your table shortly after the food had been served, at which point your fellow diner (who had ordered a double portion of salmon sashimi) voiced her discontent with her meal, as she had not realized sashimi was raw fish. She was immediately offered the opportunity to order an alternative dish from the menu, which she declined.
At this point of contact you did not mention any dissatisfaction with the flank steak. Had you done so, naturally the same offer of a replacement would have been given. Moments later you chose to leave, and only then expressed your displeasure with the steak.
We take any complaint seriously, and welcome the opportunity to resolve issues should they arise. We would have been happy to provide both of you with meals more to your taste, and are somewhat disappointed that we were denied the option to do so.
