As per our previous email correspondence, let me start by thanking you once again for bringing to my attention your disappointing experience at the Barracuda Restaurant, it is thanks to people like you that we manage to follow up and keep improving our product. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your last visit.
I spoke to the staff involved who think they remember your visit and said that you were seated in the corner table of our front balcony.
From my end, when I took your reservation I made it a point for them to give you a very nice table as I realized that this was a very special occasion for you, I also wrote a note for them to offer you a welcome drink, which I believe was done prior to your meal, please correct me if I’m wrong, as I said it is a little bit difficult for them to remember.
When I spoke to the staff concerned I stressed the importance of welcoming all guests with a good evening and a smile, rest assured that every client is important for us and I am very sorry if we did not make you feel special that night. With regards, to the lamb had a member of our staff been informed the situation would have been rectified immediately.
It is obviously too late now to invite you for dinner as you are now back home, but please contact me personally on your next visit to Malta and allow us to invite you for a complimentary dinner for two, to prove to you that what happened last Wednesday was a one off and definitely not the norm.
